Nice staff. Being I was really pressed for time and I noticed no one in line at the restaurant, I pulled straight up to the drive-thru menu screen. I advised that I had placed my order from the Wendy's app, as I was short on time. When I got to the window I was given the natural lemonade when I ordered a regular Minute Maid lemonade (I don't like pulp in my drinks). Advised the lady at the window that I ordered Minute Maid, not the naturally squeezed and she told me they were out of Minute Maid. Then I asked do they have Cherry Pepsi? I was told the Pepsi line was down. None of the other options she gave me worked for me so I told her I would just take the fresh squeezed lemonade and would strain it when I got home. Then I was told to back up while they make my order so I had to put my car in reverse away from the drive-up window. About 4 minutes later I'm told to pull to the window and then a nice young man told me he's pretty much having to do everything inside by his self and could I pull up to the door and he would make my order himself and bring it out. That struck me odd when I watched about four Wendy's employees come in while I was trying to get my order?? As requested, I pulled up to the door, waited about a minute or two and he brought my order out. In total it took about 15 minutes to get my entire order and I was the only one in line and had placed my order through your app? I know the order I had included a small fry but it seemed as though I only got half of my order of small fries? Pretty disappointed in the speed of service especially when I ordered ahead of time through the app and still had to wait? I couldn't get the drink I wanted, had to come home and strain my own lemonade, I got a half a order of fries, and had to wait far too long to receive my order. Really skeptical if I should use this...
Read moreMy entire order was two small Frosties. I wish I was exaggerating, but the drive-through took 29 minutes and the collective experience was top 5 worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Cashier didn’t say a word, just stared at me until I gave her money. After the car in front of me moved, the next window lady leaned out and yelled at me to stay put where I was, about 5 feet behind her window. I stayed as asked for two minutes and nothing happened. So I slowly moved up to the second window to pickup my order. When she got to the window, she told me to wait in mobile pickup and that I was told to wait. I honestly am not sure why waiting behind her window was so crucial, as nobody was waiting in front of me, nobody was behind me…I think she just wanted to boss people around? I waited as asked in the mobile pickup and watched as the second window lady slowly brought out orders to cars that were in front of me and had also been asked to wait. She had no idea whose meal was what, asked people multiple times what they ordered, and had zero sense of urgency or care. I guess my order was forgot about, because after 25 minutes all the cars had cleared out and I was left. Thankfully a guy, probably the manager, brought out an order to a different car and I was able to get his attention. He gave me the frosties and said to come back tomorrow and get a free Frosty, just say that “Chris” okayed it. I appreciate the attempt to make it right, but there was no ticket, coupon or anything in writing to confirm this compensation, and as someone who has worked in hospitality for my entire career, I know this cannot be guaranteed.
Obviously I’m venting a long story, but this is top 5 worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had. Hospitality is literally my entire job and career and I promise this was...
Read moreI am not sure what is going on at this place. I regret going there each time and each time I give them the opertunity, it's the same thing.
The dining area is closed off, understandable due to Covid, but the service is really slow.
Went through the drive through where there were about 10 cars, moves really slow, then I got to the screen to order, I waited another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there waiting to order. As I am waiting, several cars behind me left.
My order was simple, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Moved ahead and waited another 5 minutes before I could pay, I am at the window at this point.
After I paid, I waited for the sandwiches to come out, but the team inside was goofing off and 4 people standing around the window area just talking.
As I am waiting, uber eats came to my car and asked me to get someone's attention inside as he couldn't go in to get his order.
Another 2 minutes pass and an employee peaks his head out holding a broom and asks me what was my order. I tell him 2 spicy sandwiches. I wait again, another 5 minutes. Same person comes to the window with the broom and hands me my sandwiches.
The sandwiches were not hot. But at this stage, I just wasted 37 minutes just to get 2 sandwiches.
Customer service is horrible at this location. I will never go to this location again. I recommend that they shut this place down to reorganize with Customer service as...
