I put in a large order for my company, and every order was wrong! The 2 people taking my order could not understand because they didn't speak or understand English very well. Not a racist, but since when do Americans have to accommodate other languages to get through a daily routine at any store in their own country! The female manager was to busy trying to look important, and should have took her turn in getting my order right. I'm sick of the unprofessionalism! I called and told the female manager what had happen, she didn't take my name, time of incident or time or date. She honestly acted like she didn't care, and yelled at me and said come get your order. Horrible! Horrible customer service!

So I drive all the way back and have to call bc their lobby is not open and all doors are locked. So I ask what my options are to get a refund bc I don't want to wait 30 minutes in the drive through again. I was told to come back Tuesday to get my money back. When I ask about replacing it I am told they can't give me a refund if they replace it. Duh. I was weighing my options and getting more upset by the minute. Read moreWendy's was one of the best places to eat in Dickinson, until just a few months ago. I don't know if it is a change of management or what, but each time we go we have had to wait in line a long time, and have even been turned away because we finally got up to order at 8.02 and they closed at 8 even though we were in line at least 15-20 minutes before that. We tried another time to eat in, and there was a sign saying they would be closing at 8, (it was 4pm) and the door was unlocked, but once inside, an employee told me they were short staffed and to use the drive thru. My husband counted 8 employees though.
