McDonald's — Restaurant in Dickson City

Worst experience ever!!!! When I walked in I should have known it would be a bad experience based off of going to the bathroom first and the one bathroom stall did not close the other was disgusting and look then the soap dispenser would not dispense. Then when my son and I went to sit all the tables were dirty. We then got are food in probably under 2 mins and I was eating my food my mcchicken tasted awful it didn’t even look the right color inside it was like a dark brown I threw it out I went to eat my McDouble noticed the cheese wasn’t melted the burger it self was like dry from siting and the corners of the cheese looked bad so I also then threw that out. I noticed my son was not eating his food I asked him what was wrong he said it tasted weird I said which part he said all of it he got a chicken nugget happy meal. So I grabbed an apple took a bite tasted awful so I checked the expiration date it was expired by 3 days. I then tasted the nuggets and it tasted wrong as well. So I than told an employee that the apples were expired and everything tasted awful and was uneatable I said something was wrong with the fryer and the employee said I could get you new food but it won’t change the taste. So I just said replace the apples and I will just hit Wendy’s on the way home to get him chickens nuggets. We sat back down he ate the apples. As we were leaving the employee then said what I found to be a snarky comment have fun at Wendy’s. I didn’t stop at Wendy’s because at this point my son said he just wanted to go home.

Update!! when my son got home he complained he was not feeling well and a few hours after that he stared getting sick everywhere and still not feeling great.

So do your self a favor don’t eat there save your self the pain...

The 2 girls that are working there tonight are the worst I come there and ask for 20 pieces nuggets and a mc chicken and 2 large drinks and I come around and pay i drive 100 feet check the food and its cold like its never been cooked the nuggets and the sandwich so I bring it back and the girl is like so you want fresh food with a attitude like im the problem and she said pull over to the white line and now im waiting and waiting and waiting 15 to 20 or more mins no other customer in sight so I go to the other side of mc Donald's and im literally watching them from out side the window they making me wait on purpose and they back there joking around and no one's at the grill and I've been waiting so long for food its ridiculous and she finally comes out with the food im already in rage and upset that they had me waiting this long so i said I just want my money back and that's it they was laughing knowing how upset I was this is the problem when u have terrible employees they will drag your business to the ground and serve customers bad food I realy hope this gets settled we the people are tired of the foolishness of these terrible employees this happened tonight 10/22/25 around 11 to 11:30 pm so this review will tell you who exactly was the 2 girl that was working the evening shift...

Thank you manager, Evan for going over and beyond this afternoon you showed professionalism on top of that. You were very courteous and considerate. I know that I acted As a immature tantrum throwing teenager towards you in the past, and yet you still went out of your way to help me this afternoon and fix The issue with my order, and you technically did not even have to once he realized my burger came from a fellow store of his He could’ve sent me back to that store without holding any grudges from the past He fixed my situation which helped me to get the burger, correct truth is southside is actually closer to me, but we don’t usually go to that McDonald’s we drive all the way up to this one. I did not know that my husband got the food From McDonald’s, but the tag on my burger said so, and although the girl with the long braid all the way down to her Legs laughed at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as if I was trying to steal from her own personal pocket. He jumped in the Conversation and without any grudges Decided to help me which reminds me why we frequent this one out of all the McDonald’s in the area...
