Arby's — Restaurant in Dodge City

Went through the drive-though. Man took our order, was quick & friendly. Got the window paid, then man told us to pull up (so if other customers came) we sat for 20 minutes, then my husband pulled our vehicle in to parking spot ( we sat another 10 minutes, then my husband went inside. ▪︎ He got our food, no apologies, no free item, no refund, nothing. No customer service. We didnt have time to get with the manager. I will be getting with the corporate office. ▪︎They were not busy, no excuses, except for being ran like "Crap". Also we order fish sandwiches, they were awful, full of tartar sauce (little goes a long way), plus lettuce was so slimy....... ▪︎The were just trash, a waste if time & our money. Tried to scrap the tartar sauce/ lettuce off to while driving, just to get something in our stomach, after we had been driving 6.5 to get to Dodge City. Save your...

I was hoping I would get a survey. Food was great. Employees were sincere and caring about their job. It was busy lunch of course and they were working as hard and as fast as they could for their staffing. One worker said "I will be back in a few minutes " and for a..second I thought ,wait ,,it is busy. But then shortly he showed back up with another employee that he went to pick up to come to work and as soon as they both walked in the door they both started working and helping guests. I came through the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 meals. The guy at the speaker was so genuinely nice even my daughter told me he sounded so nice. I didn't get his name and it isn't on the receipt but I always have a good experience when going to Arby's. The employees there have the best costumer service and they really make you feel better if you have a not so great day. Plus the food is amazing! If you are driving through Dodge I would recommend you stop at Arby's. Out of all our fast food places here they have the best customer service and in my experience they rarely mess up...
