McDonald's — Restaurant in Dodge City

Ordered vanilla ice cream in a cup in the drive through, received an ice cream cone in a cup. Asked for what I ordered and the girl just stared at me. Came inside ordered and PAID again, and she did it again. Told her I didn't want a cone and she took the cone off and handed me what ice cream was left. Then she informed me to order a plain sundae next time, and that it's on the menu. Unbelievable that I've paid twice for less than half a cup of ice cream and am then lectured how to order. Horrible customer service, at 6:45 on 02/13/2019, by the girl in the second drive through window and the girl at the counter. I hope their management reads this review and provides them feedback for how they should have solved the problem and provided customer service. Very unsatisfied, will go to the other dodge city location...

Usally not a super bad experience here but this time it took what felt like 30 mins probably about 15-20 mins to get our food then we didn’t get our sauces went back in were another gentlemen said he got a refund Cause they messed up the order Fries somewhat warm by the time I got back to to the car finally get to my burger to find this Just felt like the cooks and line were definitely doing there part but the runners were just goofing around probably why people were missing things and got wrong orders and I can’t stand it when I’m ordering and the speaker goes anything else after every single thing I order it’s okay towards the end or after maybe a 10 second pause but after I finsh it was just anything else Definitely could use some better service and maybe get the line or the runner to watch how they grab a burger and...

Only because we were driving right by it and didn't have time to go to the other one, I tried this place after saying I would not go here again because of bad experiences before. I ordered through the app for curbside, got there and checked in, after about 15 minutes no one had come out. I went to the door and the lobby was closed. Called them and they said the only order they had was a door dash order, but he told me everything on it and it was my order. They finally brought it out and we drove home (an hour away) when we got home noticed that they failed to put our 4 year old's chicken nuggets in (thanks a bunch a-holes). Take some pride in your job its not that difficult to check the order before it goes out....
