Called in our pizza at 7:30pm, was told 20-25 minutes. Picked our pizza at 8:15 And was running late to make it to the drive in theater. Opened the pizzas, and the taco pizza was only a beef pizza. Called the store told them that they made a beef pizza not the taco pizza. I was told by the manager Stacy they would have the correct one out to us at the drive in 25 minutes. My husband went to the box office and waited for the delivery for 40 minutes, they never showed up. Called the store again an hour later since the guy never came. Stacy said we are busy delivering other pizzas. I told her, you told me at 8:30 you would have one out in 25 minutes. She snapped off, I will just give you a credit. I told her we still have to eat, are you going to make the pizza? She said she had a driver who would be back in 15 minutes. I tried to explain to her that it had been an hour since I called her the first time, she then said I will just give you a credit. I told her no we still have to eat. Another 30 minutes passed, and was now 10pm and the movie was over. We left and went to the pizza Hut with the wrong pizza, my husband went in and returned the hamburger pizza. This was 2.5 hours after the order was placed. My husband asked where our taco pizza was, she said it was in route. He told her the movie is over and passed the 1st and 2nd time we were told it would be delivered. She then told him to get the F* out of the store, she said this several times to him. Another girl came to the front and told my husband quietly that she would give him a credit for the pizza since they messed up. This is all while Stacy was yelling that he better leave the store, or she was going to call the cops. The only one yelling and going crazy was Stacy. Read moreOrdered pizza online for pickup. Ordered 5 large pizzas. Picked them up and there were 2 large and 4 medium. I did not pick them up but my son did not knowing what all had been ordered so assumed it was what was ordered. When I called to ask them the first person as I was explaining what the issue was put me on hold not even telling me mid sentence. Second person I explained it all to and was again put on hold to get yet another person. Finally was explained that they ran out of large pizza dough?! So was substituted with 2 med for the larges. Well would have been OK with that except they did not get the order right. I paid for 5 large pizzas and only received one extra medium. Not sure how 4 mediums would equal 3 large price and they were not enough for all the people we had to feed. Along with this they were missing toppings and was explained that they were out of the topping for a super supreme. So why could they not have called and explained instead of just doing whatever they wanted to. The crusts were wrong on top of that. When went in for the missing items the place was packed with people having the same issues. This is a carry out location and there were at least 15 people packed in complaining. Read moreI called and placed an order for my son over the phone to be delivered to his school. I called to inform them that part of the order was wrong, and I asked if they could fix only the part that was wrong. The manager Bryan/Brian was very rude and said he would get it out there whenever he could.. And tried to rush off the the phone.. I asked him if he was going to even ask for the number and address of the delivery so that he would know what order I was preferring to being that he didn't ask. He very rudely said "is it to one of the colleges" I said yes do you mind letting me know about how long it would take... he rudely laughed and said "I don't know and I'm not making any promises or giving any times" I told him that I understood that they may be busy but being that I paid for something that was made and delivered wrong I would just like for it to be fixed and would like to know a round about time frame in which my child could expect the delivery.
