Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Dodge City

My Girlfriend and i stopped here on our way through town at about 4:30pm on July 2, 2025. I ordered a mocha and she got a peanut butter cup, which she asked for with oatmilk and no whip cream due to her rather severe lactose intolerance. When we received our drinks the peanut butter cup had whippes cream on top, and when we brought this to the ladies attention she proceeded to scrape it off and hand it back even though it was contaminated with an allergen. My experience here was horrible and a lady by the name of Lisa was so rude! I asked for no whip cream on my drink and they put whip cream and when I informed her, she snatched the drink out of my hand. She then proceeded to just scrape the whip cream off the top instead of remaking it. I also got an everything bagel sandwich and it was frozen in the middle!!! What the heck!?
