Let me start off by saying my mom and I come here often, she loves the 3lbs for $20 deal, with that being said we’ve been waiting for it to come back. We go in the store, and order our coffee, sit 3 bags on the counter and talk to the cashier, Ashley, about how great the deal is. Seeing as how each bag is $9 a pc. She caught that the coffee wasn’t ringing out properly and asks for Damon for assistance. He proceeds to tell us, that he’s been charging people extra because he doesn’t know how to ring it out and no one else has seemed to have a problem with it. Now I’m not one to make a fuss over $5 but, when I hear you tell the customer in the drive through talking in your headset to “hold on I’m trying to talk to a customer about a deal, just look at the menu for a sec” I was upset. His attitude and body language was that he didn’t have time to follow through with this, and told Ashley to call someone else. After he tried to convince us it wasn’t a big deal. A take it or leave it kind of thing. I’ve been in customer service for 8 years... never have I been so rude to a customer who was wanting me to follow through with a deal just because I didn’t have the knowledge on how to ring it out.. When my mother said she would be speaking to someone about his attitude and asked for his name he looked at her like he was crazy, told her his name and turned and walked to the back.. On another note, Miss Ashley saved the day and figured it out for us, made us two amazing coffees and we went on our way. My 1 Star is simply for the poor service from Damon, and the fact that he shrugged off ripping people off God only knows...
Read moreAbsolutley the worst experience you could have this morning. We went through the drive thru like every Sunday morning. Placed a four drink order is all, no food. Then were asked to pull forward where we found our selves waiting as everyone else got to continue with their morning. Then a couple minutes later we were asked to pull more forward to make more room as we waited for our drinks. Then after waiting almost 15 minutes from the time we placed our order we went inside. The employees acting like we didn't even have an order when we clearly had our receipt and had been sitting pulled up by the trash can for 15 minutes. We were asked then who pulled us forward. Like that even matters!!!!!!!. They then proceeded to finally make our order that was never even started. And by this time we have now lost almost 25 minutes and are now late to church. No manager to explain to us how this even happens. Nor did any of the employees show any compassion for this situation. We have been perks members for a great while now but may seriously consider Starbucks up the road moving forward. This is the 3rd time in two weeks we have had to be pulled forward for an extended wait for four drink order. But this one was not professional nor respectful at all. Please Dunkin pull it together I enjoy your coffee flavors and options but am not above changing venues to get to church on time. Sincerely. Unsatisfied...
Read moreI have been here before and had multiple bad experiences, but it has been over a year so I was hoping maybe they had new staff or something and I decided to give them another chance. Well of course that was a bad decision. To begin with, I went to the drive through and they asked if they could take my order. While I was in the middle of saying my order, they rudely interrupted and said "you need to hold on a minute" and then I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes before they finally came back to take the order. My baby was in the back crying at this point so I was already on edge. Keep in mind I was literally the only customer. There was no one else in the drive through or inside. I told them my order which is pretty simple, and iced coffee with mocha and coconut flavor. Then he said "we out of those". Then he proceeded to list about 10 more staple flavors that they were out of. At that point I was just annoyed and said forget it and left. They were rude the whole time and incredibly unhelpful.
