Visited this location on the Saturday before Easter, around 5pm. I’m a frequent flyer, because I Love the sandwiches. I ordered the #7, extra cheese, add mayo. The order taker gave me a ticket, and told me to go pay. I got home, and ended up with the wrong sandwich. I called yesterday, thinking they would surely make it right. I spoke with 3 people about what happened. The GM wouldn’t come to the phone, which was disappointing. The last gentleman I spoke with stated that he had been off, he just got back, and the GM said there was nothing they could do for me without a receipt. I told him, I had a credit card transaction to prove I was there. He stated they have tons of people calling and coming by saying this happened to them. He ended the conversation with….”I’m sorry we can’t help you with that. I just won’t be back to spend my money at an establishment that won’t take my complaint serious, and dismiss me. I have no reason to call, and lie about an 8.00 sandwich. All I wanted was for them to make it right. All they had to do was ask the staff that was on duty at the least to verify they had an extra Philly and had to remake a Turkey sub that was given out by mistake. I'm leaving a great review and went there tonight and was pleased HOWEVER my wife and I tried to go last night (12/15/23) and granted we got there maybe 20 min. to close but upon attempting to order was told by the female at the counter that they were basically out of everything and seemed apathetic and uncooperative to take an order (unwilling to prep any veggies was seemingly the problem) We are very patient understanding type people and so without issue we took our business over to BTJ Wings Idk management and ownership but losing any cooperative customers even if just for the one visit seems like poor business practice. I have worked in the food service industry and even right before close is the final push. I could see 5 min or even 10 but 15 or 20 should be fine? Again this is just an opinion...

Went tonight at 7:30. The manager was trying to close up. We ordered, got our subs and decided to not eat there considering there was no tea when we even asked for it because we can’t have carbonated drinks. Ordered a buffalo chicken, turkey and chicken bacon ranch.
Got the turkey. Which the kids thought was good. Didn’t get a buffalo chicken or chicken bacon ranch. Not even sure what we got. We live over 30 minutes away. Tried to call 5 times before they closed and nobody would answer the phone. If I’m gonna spend $50 for a meal, I would love for it to be correct or at least someone answer the phone.
