I’ve been to this place multiple times and have had nothing but good experiences. However, my friends and I went here last night. First and foremost, the customer service was awful. It was a few minutes before closing time and I understand that the employee that served us was likely tired, but how he handle my order was unacceptable. He only got 1 out of our 3 orders right. My friend who also had a wrong order, decided that her ice cream was good regardless. I, on the other hand, ordered the nondairy chocolate ice cream and wasn’t satisfied with my order. Whenever I come to this Bruster’s I order the same thing and the nondairy ice cream never comes with whipped cream and a cherry. For some reason, this time it did, although I didn’t request it in my order. The thing is, I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have dairy products, which is why I ordered nondairy ice cream. After asking the employee if he could replace the ice cream with another that didn’t have whipped cream and a cherry on top, he politely said yes and that it was no problem. Once I received my ice cream again, that I assume is a replaced one, I see streaks of whipped cream and cherry juice on it and instantly realized that he just scooped the toppings off. I then confront him about it and he says that he can’t give me a new one unless I pay the same amount for a replaced ice cream. So, in the end, I just refunded my order and received no ice cream. Please Bruster’s, hire some new employees and teach them not to take shortcuts. Yesterday, June 6, 2021 my boyfriend and I had picked up a wheel chair passenger and her care aide.
The wheel chair passenger asked us to take her to Brewster's, and she bought everybody in the van an ice cream sundae.
We asked for a chocolate sundae, and two caramel sundae's with pecans at the speaker.
When we got to the window, they handed my boyfriend a sundae and told him that it was carmel, and he handed it to me.
Then they handed him the other two sundaes which were inside of a white bag, and told him that one was chocolate and the other was caramel with pecans.
When we got to the wheel chair passengers apartment, she and her care aide went inside with their sundae's.
Immediately took my mask off and begin to eat mine and it wrong wrong, it was chocolate .
The manager, Sanjay Patel, got on the phone and yelled," IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!"
I yelled back that," It was your people who gave us the wrong Sundae's in the first place!"
Then my boyfriend told me to ask him if he was going to give me the Sundae I paid for if I came back.
He then yelled, "NO!" "I NOT GIVE YOU NOTHING BECAUSE YOU YELLED AT ME!" "i AM THE MANAGER AND YOU NO YELL AT ME!"

Read moreMy sister (whom also left a review some time ago) tried to place an order for a cake one Friday afternoon with the intent of having it ready by the next day (Saturday). The manager went on to ask about the details of the cake and said that a prepayment was needed in order to start the cake. My sister wasn't able to make a prepayment because she doesn't have a card to input information, so she and the manager exchanged emails on how to do so. In the end, my sister emailed them that we would pay in cash the following day. As I went to pickup the cake, the manager tells me about this "48 hour policy", where an order for a cake must be made within 48 hours of the date it is needed and must have a prepayment in order to start the cake. This so-called policy of there's was never explained to my sister, so she wasn't able to know that it wasn't possible to make the cake. Had the manager been responsible enough from the beginning and cleared things out (by stating the policy and making things clear with my sister), I wouldn't be writing this excessively long review. But here I am to speak the truth about this specific Bruster's and how it has been degrading over the years.
