I meant to submit a review yesterday but didn’t have time. Yesterday morning around 7am I ordered my drink & a sandwich online. I typically order online to avoid waiting since I’m usually on my way to work & need coffee early. Yesterday I get to Starbucks after placing my online order, not only do they tell me the sandwich is out of stock but my drink isn’t ready. Ok no problem. They refund me for my sandwich. I then ask one young lady how long it’ll be for my drink, she asks my name & then replies “I don’t see it yet” & points to the stickers for the drinks she has lined up. I say “I ordered my drink online 20 mins ago”. She says “I don’t see it” with an attitude. At that point now I’m really upset because I’m the one inconvenienced & about to be late for work & an employee has the nerve to catch an attitude. How dare she. Fast forward, another young lady seen my attitude flare & asked my name & found my sticker with my drink order. She made it immediately & apologized. BUT, on my way rushing to work, I realized they used whole milk instead of oat milk as requested & my drink was made wrong. I’m lactose intolerant. So with that being said, how do we fix this issue because I feel like I took a loss. No sandwich, attitude from an employee, drink made wrong, AND made it to work late. Read moreTo be honest after reading all the reviews I was sorta worried about coming here since it's so fresh and new but my experience was really great. Like yeah of course there's gunna be little hiccups here and there since they just opened but I saw that every single employee that passed by the window was focused and working diligently to make sure everyone got what they needed and that it came out as soon as possible. When I came through the drive through I was helped by someone named Rachel and she greeted me with a smile despite the long lines, handled the transaction professionally and accurately, and I got a really tasty drink out of it too which was p cool lol. The wait times weren't awful but they were to be expected, and I don't mind waiting for something that's good quality like that so I think it was well worth it.
Give it a chance people, do you not remember the chaos that steak n shake went through when it first opened? Have some patience and show some respect to the workers that are bending over...
Read moreI have been coming to this Starbucks everyday for a long time, and I will not be coming back. The reason being the attitude of their manager Christina. I stopped by this morning after chatting with someone from Starbucks online help who offered to just go back to the store and have my drink remade. When I told the barista she was confused and then the manager came to the window. She was very hostile about the whole encounter and insisted I call the store because she keeps track of names, she said she had never heard of chatting with someone online about a drink issue. I told her I didn’t understand why this encounter was so difficult and I was met with hostility. The Starbucks promise is to remake a drink if it’s not right. Well I guess Christina isn’t okay with this, she acted like this drink remake cost came out of her pocket. I could never imagine treating a customer the way she did.
