If zero stars looked like a restaurant!!! Here you go! I had a very bad experience with the SUPERVISOR Michelle. I spent $44.99 on my order. Which I will not again at this store.
I'm taking her advise, "I can get these sandwiches, BUT just not at this store!"
I asked if I could use the restroom. First, I was told it was being cleaned, then was told the cleaning chemicals must DRY by Michelle. I then asked if i could use the men's restroom. Michelle said no, I can go 2 doors down to use the bathroom. I stated, I'm not coming back here because I can't use a bathroom, i then stated I'm going to do a review. The cook made all the sandwiches, Michelle then let me know they were ready. I told her okay I'm doing the review real quick. I move through the line slowly and stood to the side near the drinks, out the way. Michelle asked if she could help me, I explained I was finishing the review. She apologized for interrupting. I acknowledged and said, "No problem." Once I finished with the review, I waited patiently, Michelle said can she help me, I asked for my food. Sfter waiting for about 30 minutes, she said she did me a favor since I'm not coming back, she refunded my money back. She refused to give me the food that was custom made and already paid for, because she was being spiteful because I stood there and did a review. So that the food would not go to waste, I tried again nearly begging them to give me the food I already paid for and Michelle said no. I asked for a manager and she represented herself as the manager. I understand people need jobs, but not everyone deserves one. After reading these reviews, others have left the same negative review on Michelle. How many stars is this company willing to lose or risk getting a negative review which will impact company's VOC (voice of the customer) for the stakeholders. This negative customer service is definitely not worth my money! Customer Service is important when people are spending their hard earned money. Remember, there are so many eateries that make sandwiches, but I chose to stop here and paid for BAD...
Read moreThe customer service was nonexistent on the day I visited (June 16, 2023). I told the person behind the counter what sandwich my son and I would like to order. We had to pay before the sandwiches were actually made. So, while the sandwich is being made, we were unable to specifically tell them how we wanted our sandwich made because they were taking orders as people came in the restaurant. (nothing like Subway where they take thier time and serve EACH customer) My son ordered the Philly Cheesesteak (his favorite sandwich) They literally put the sandwich in the bag without even asking him what he wanted on his sandwich or how he wanted it made. So it only came with meat, cheese, and peppers. NOTHING ELSE. Not even mayo. What a dry sandwich for the price you pay!!! I questioned them about this and they said they had to charge extra for any condiments added. The guy said you have to get the sandwich as is on the menu. Any additives will be charged extra. OKAY, well atlest give us the option if we want to pay more and get the extra condiments!!! He didnt even have mayo on the sandwich. So are you telling me they charge extra for a thin layer of mayo. If so, I will not be visiting this establishment again. We took the sandwiches as is and left. We didn't get the extra condiments because we already felt rushed by the service, and they were making other sandwiches at the time. He didn't ask us would we like to add anything after I ask him about it. He shoved the sandwich in the bag and continued with the next order. I didnt want them to have to take the sandwich out and "remake it". They already looked frustrated and not willing to help. The sandwiches are too expensive to charge extra for mayo, salt and pepper, and banana peppers.(what my son wanted to add to his sandwich) They already act stingy with the condiments. Lesson learned and a waste of money....
Read moreI have been to eat here 3 or 4 times this month and after today... Never again... First off I ordered my food online about 20 mins before I got there but it wasn't quite my due time so when it wasn't ready it wasn't the end of the world... I finally received my food almost 20 mins or more after the time I was supposed to have it .. I lost my entire lunch period in that store. Like why order ahead the people who ordered after me in line were seen faster To top it all off I watched who I believe was a shift lead or manager treat customers like crap...I heard her tell a few customers that had been waiting as long as I was "when your is ready we will let you know until then it's not" they only wanted to know what was going on with the order....the first time I ordered from here they sent a bowl instead of a wrap...I litterally stood in line with no one in front of me to buy a tea for prob 7 mins I had to finally say hey can I buy a tea before someone acknowledged it was there...I am really disappointed as this is right up the road from work.
