I order the same salad every time I come to this location; and a majority of the time I have to send my order back because they get it wrong. I order a Cobb salad, no bacon, add cold grilled fillet chicken. I know what the salad is supposed to look like because I order it all the time. I usually ask them to repeat the order to ensure they have it right. Today, I went over the order with the worker to make sure he took it correctly. And he did. When I received my order it had the right chicken on the label but the wrong chicken on the salad. I showed the worker and he took the salad back and said they would fix it. Now any other time depending on the day. I would have taken the first salad and not complained. I would have even taken the second salad even after they tried to fix the issue. But this happens way too often at this location. I get the second salad and it’s the wrong chicken again but this time barely had any salad mix on it. After seeing how much salad mix they actually had on the first salad verses how much they had on the second salad, I wanted a refund. The first salad was full. The second salad was skimpy. Both still had the wrong chicken on them. The first one had fried chicken and the second had hot grilled chicken. I know your on a time crunch to get the orders out. But this should be done with minimal to no errors. All salads should be made with the same intentions. It should not matter if you have to fix the issue. Make the second salad just as full as you made the first one. Today, I just didn’t want to accept what was being given to me. So, I asked for a refund. So disappointed in this Chick-fil-la location. That’s not even all of it. The young lady that brought the second salad out had a look that wasn’t pleasant on her face. When I mentioned to her that this wasn’t cold grilled chicken, she tried to tell me it was. Then I pulled back around to the window to receive my refund, the manager had a I don’t care attitude and handed the issue off to one of the cashiers and went on about her business, not even apologizing for the inconvenience nor was she trying to correct the issue to prevent a refund. I don’t know but sometimes the area in which you live has everything to do with how a customer is treated....
Read moreThis was a surprisingly aweful experience for me! I went to this Chik-fil-A after an appointment with my attorney. I don't usually eat at Chik-fil-A, but I wanted to finally taste the spicy chicken sandwich that everyone raved about. I ordered the sandwich and asked the cashier what she thought the best sauce for the sandwich would be. She gave me 2 Herb Ranch sauces (this cashier was pleasant). After I had a chance to review the menu, I noticed that an Avocado Ranch sauce was available. When the next cashier (Naila) came to the pick up window I asked her if i could trade the herb ranch for the avocado ranch. She rudely said that you have to pay for the avocado ranch I can't give you that for free! I thought she misunderstood me initially & thought that I was asking for additional sauces instead of trading, but she repeated the same thing again and closed the window. There was another staff member standing outside the window so I asked for clarification because the menu has both condiments listed as sauces. She explained that the avocado ranch is packaged differently from the herb ranch, so it would be 27 cents for the avocado ranch. I told her thanks for the explanation and if it was going to be as big of a deal to interchange sauces, maybe the menu should be updated to reflect that there is a difference, because everybody does not eat at Chik-fil-A routinely. I paid the 27 cents to the rude, unprofessional Naila, and called the manager on duty to express my concerns with Naila's behavior. The manager was just as unprofessional. I told her that I would be putting in a complaint to management about my treatment that day. She never asked what happened or try to diffuse the situation (which should be any managers 1st response) she just said ok I'm sorry to hear that and ended the phone call. My visit was on Feb 4th, but i just had the opportunity to write this review. I will never go back to...
Read moreAwful awful place to go ..if I could give them ZERO STARS I would...my order taker was dripping in sweat running up and down the drive thru chasing cars rushing me to pull up and I had several orders but every time I tried to make my orders I was interrupted TO PULL UP by the order taker when I asked if I could just make my order without the interruption she stated that she was being ordered to pull up by managers no matter what to get the cars in..THEN the tablet crashed due to extreme temperatures because it’s 95 degrees outside AFTER I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY ORDER BECAUSE I WAS CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD TO PULL UP🙄I asked the kind employee if they were well compensated for all this extreme nonsense she said well it’s minimum wage 🤭😮they don’t care about their underpayed MINIMUM wage employees being outside in extreme weather either ..Seems like all they care about is rushing you to pull in and up so they can get as many cars as possible in that tiny cramped up parking lot then you get stuck in a traffic jam trying to leave ... They don’t have a dining room either and only offer 3 or 4 tiny tables to eat at OUTSIDE which are made of metal that gets hot during the summer 🥵I sat down there on my second visit just to avoid the traffic jam and rushed service I experienced the first time and got up with grill lines on my legs not to mention I had to breathe in nothing but exhaust from the drive thru🤢😷 ...AND they have 2 toilets with very long wait times if they are occupied and there were at least 3 people WAITING !!! 😬Just DONT GO HERE THEY SUCK!!! Poor design poor management NOT LIKE ANY CHICK...
