Disappointed with the service in the end, the attendants had rude behavior! We were looking at bed and mattress, the attendant Kyle was helpful at the beginning. We liked a bed set (the prices are good and cheap, cheap and compatible with the quality), but we needed a King Bed but he didn't have it in the store, and he went to check the system, It took a long time but we were waiting and trying the mattress, I think he was consulting in other stores, and finally he gave us printed paper from the system with the prices and we were still looking on the mattress while he attended to other people.
We like a specific mattress and he didn't have the king size mattress also, and he took a little longer to check and after he came and he called to the cashier to let us know that he had in another store, he already asked us to give our address and telephone number.
But we said: wait, we just wanted FIRST to know the price and deciding, (we would buy the bed or the bed and the mattress or the bed the mattress, the dresser, and the nightstand set) and he became nervous and just printed another paper, and throw in us the paper and start to check in his phone, laughing, ironic, complaining that he wanted to leave, the other colleague laughed too! So rude!! We would have bought the items, if he hadn't acted like this!
We just wanted to check the prices first and calmly, as he made us wait for an hour (if the system is slow and bureaucratic it's not our fault), before giving our personal information, before making the decision of which items to buy.
But after that stupid and unnecessary behavior in the end, we decided not to buy anything and never come back to this...

I left a review a time of purchase, but after how events unfolded I felt the need to give them another because they truly do deserve it. After my initial delivery, I had to get the Sofa piece of my set swapped due to it being damaged already out of package the first time - frame was bent and couch was leaning to the side and recliner would not open (not due to their handling! probably factory or pre-boxing warehouse handling - box was intact at time of delivery) They got back with us with an answer and scheduled the swap right away. We are extremely happy with all aspects of American Freight in Douglasville, Ga! Nowadays everything has become a struggle when dealing with situations such as these, time consuming, complicated, sometimes not very friendly but not in this case and not with these guys. From the minute we walked through the front door always courteous, patient, helpful, and resourceful. Everything was explained, handled, processed, replaced/fixed and assembled right away. Thanks you Kyle (@store) Michael Sims (@delivery), and Andy Arton (@delivery) for everything! You will be highly recommended by us and you can expect our future business.
PS. Tip the delivery guys! They work really hard! And are very gentle and careful with out new belongings and trust me thats a lot harder work than it seems!...

I have had nothing but issues with the entire purchase process and he has consistently gone above and beyond to make the experience at least decent. Randy is not knowledgeable and misinformed me that financing for the 101 days same as cash would not require a credit check, only for me to find out via notification from Credit Karma that my credit had been pulled that it certainly did which obviously made me really upset. The delivery fee does not include setup and though this it "posted" in the store, I am not sure about you, but I don't look for fine OR large print about processes while buying furniture. Luckily I called the day before my delivery because Randy had set it up as pickup vs. delivery. It may have been a pickup if I knew that the delivery would entail assembling my couches and bed, but leaving my dresser/mirror and chest in boxes. Randy did not explain that the deliver fee was to be paid in cash, so I had to stop what I was doing and go get cash to pay the delivery guys. Not the best experience,. but Nick certainly made it bearable. I would only shop there again if I deal with Nick directly and the 2 stars is only because Nick worked so hard to make everything right.
