Long Review) TOTALLY WORTH IT! Took my friend here for her birthday August 9th 2023, it was simply amazing first the location has complementary valet parking who even greets you with a smile and opens the doors to the restaurant for you, secondly we were seated rather quickly( Although I did have a Reservation that probably helped) the wait staff pulled out our chairs and pushed us in while seating us with napkins they gave us a drink and dessert menu and offered us different type of water( DISCLAIMER WATER IS NOT FREE HERE but boy was it tasty) Prior to going here I looked on their website for pricing to get an Idea of what I would spend, I will tell you now don't bother, I seen that the all you can eat meat option was $61.95 a person and the salad bar was $40.95 per person so I thought it was optional, however it is not so don't skip the salad bar thinking you're gonna save a few bucks we were charged $62.50 for two all you can eat dinners, they do not provide you with food menus nor do they tell you the water isn't included we had the regular Panna spring water and that was $6.50 a bottle we had 2 so again don't forgo getting an actual drink thinking your saving this isn't that kind of restaurant. They only have 4 sides and they are unlimited and included in your meal: Fried banana, Mashed potatoes, and some kind of fried cheese as well as there staple item Cheese bread it was so light and fluffy I want more. 😋 My friend had a Pineapple lime mojito and another alcoholic beverage that she stated were both delicious and they were pretty decent in terms of price. The meats were flavorful and burnt around the edges adding a succulent savory taste, I was not a big fan of the sirloin steak as it was kind of bland aside from the edges. I like my steak well done or medium well so I'm sure that plays a part in the flavor, the meat servers were really nice and quick, they remembered your preference and it didn't take long for them to come back to you with it all and all this place is a 10/10 I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of communication about pricing and at the end when given the bill they did accidentally have 3 drinks on there when there were only 2 a mistake that was quickly corrected and apologized for once brought to our servers attention also since it was my friends birthday they did give her a complimentary birthday desert and 3 staff members helped me sing happy birthday to her she chose the flan and it was soooo good and sweet. We definitely enjoyed our time there, I will most likely make my husband bring me here for my birthday in October because the service and food for our first visit was hands down second to none. While I don't think they are over priced, they are pricey and I say pricey because to me for everything we got was around $200 and it was just us 2 but it was worthy every penny, when you go, go with the expectation of spending money and having superior service. Expect to spend $100+ for one or more not including the tip. And expect the valet driver to have your car pulled up and waiting for you as you exit the restaurant that was lovely surprise, I walked out to give the valet driver our ticket and he was already bringing our car to the front. When I say impeccable service I mean it. This is a...

The staff from valet and every staff member inside is always very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They truly care about their customers and their customers experience. When we sat down, we we’re greeted right away and one of the servers asked us if we we’re there to celebrate anything. They also made a great recommendation to try these sauces which were delicious with the steak. When it came to dessert they brought out a complimentary flan which was so good and so sweet to make the birthday dinner even more special. They offer 12 different kinds of meat. These include bacon-wrapped filet, marinated chicken drumsticks, lamb, pork and beef ribs, and the house specialty, Picanha, or the prime cut of sirloin. My favorite is their garlic beef and the filet wrapped in bacon! Everything from their salad bar and meat selection is always so fresh and delicious. Their salad bar has great options and more cheese options than other Brazilian steakhouses which is always good with wine! Besides their food, they have a wide variety and great selection of drinks! They have a great wine list. One of my favorite cocktails is their house cocktail.
Chama is a wonderful place for every dining, date night, a special occasion or for a friends get together. I wouldn’t recommend it for a business meal unless you came for lunch. The noise level during dinner is pretty moderate. You don’t have to yell, but it would be hard to have a business meal during the dinner time. You can dress up or dress down.
The tables were spaced out well, all the staff had masks on, they sanitized the entire table and chairs when a table was cleared and the restrooms were very clean. They had hand sanitizer available at the front and by the salad bar. Also, by the salad bar they provided gloves if you wanted to wear them for the tongs. They also had a employee stationed there to change the dishes after each customer. They also had markings on the floor to promote social distancing. Inside of the booklet to pay, they also had a reminder to wear your mask on...
Read moreTruly, this is a rare rating but deserving! 5 star ⭐️ all the way around. The staff is above and beyond the moment you arrive a friendly valet is optional and the hosts always are welcoming and inviting very informative of reservations and are able to accommodate seatings based on the size party or if you want a private seating in the place. Very clean and invigorating environment. Relaxing Latin mix music very jazz soothing. With a glass winery of an extensive variety to choose from for dinner. I highly recommend the salad bar to start of your taste palette with fresh veggies salad cold cut meats bread and of course fruits and rice. Many dressings to choose from. When seated ,waiters pull your chair to be comfortable & seated and will hang coats or jackets for you. They start you off with fresh cold water and any beverages and will constantly clean your table and fill your empty cups almost instantly. They are very attentive in bringing out sides when finished and meat rack waiters do an excellent job in remembering what cooked level you enjoy meat and will always bring you meats of your liking as they offer several meats. The mash potatoes are amazingly seasoned with cheese. The fresh cheesy bread is a staple here. The A1 sauce and house chimi churi sauce is unique and truly authentic Because you can taste the flavor and lemon inside unlike fuego de chao who doesn’t offer A1 nor as tasty chimi churri sauce. Chama has been a hidden gem for years! I have been coming here since I was 15 in high school with my best friend. Now I come here with my husband for celebrations. Their bathrooms are extremely clean and fresh and even coming back to the table they always make sure to pull my chair and clean my plates anything dirty on the table. The price is heavy but truly an experience and worth every penny. Please what ever the managers are doing keep it up and cherish your workers this place deserves its good words. The one slight thing that makes this place give me cringe is the man pushing a liquor cart around the restaurant it’s highly tacky and an eye sore it really lowers the value of fine dining setting other than that I think this is a place I will continue to come back with family...
