McDonald's — Restaurant in Downey

I went on a wednstay evening with my dear. For some reason I had to uninstall and reinstall my mcdonalds app and they seemed annoyed by that. Despite no customers behind us when someone did come in to order I took a seat till the app started working. Anyways I got my usual leg fries at a discounted price of 1.29 and a mcchicken and a mc double no onions. I always order my food at mcdonalds w no onions otherwise it wont be served fresh imo. Well when our food came. I ate my mcchicken first saving the best for last when I opened the mcdouble to my surprise it was hardly warm after taking a bite and tasting the onion I opened it to see that the onion was proba ly wiped off as there was still onion on the bun and the meat but just not too much . I would have taken it back but I was too unsure of what they would give me in replacement of that. When I asked to use the rr the lady did not give me the code she walked over and punched it in for me. Like dont trip lady I wont be returning for your food or bathroom either so keep your code .lol ! One good thing is that they take ebt so that's pretty awesome just make sure you get what u ordered...

Four days ago I went for a Cherry Pie. It wasn't fresh, it was dry and old. Sad because they only have cherry pies for such a short time and they're my favorite!

I'm disappointed that they don't know how to toast an English muffin for the Egg McMuffin. Their English muffins are ALWAYS soft. One time in asked them if they could toast it for me. You thought I'd asked for something from mars! Two managers, the lady in the back cooking and the one who took my order. "She doesn't want it toasted?" The male manager asked. "YES, she wants it toasted said the cashier!" The cook, "She doesn't want it toasted?" Female manager, "Does she want it toasted?" Male manager to cashier, "Who wants it toasted? Who's order is this? I looked at him as said, "It's mine! I always get a soft non toasted English muffin. I just want it toasted!" And back to themselves, "She doesn't want it toaste" and female manager, " do you want it toasted?" ME: "YES, I want it toasted!" Female manager: "Toast it really well". At this point I lost all hope and said, give me my money back! Who knows WHAT you're going to give...

They messed up my order 3 times. They took the order wrong. I get to the window and look over my order and they forgot a whole meal. They said they didn't order it and I had to pay for it so I did with no hesitation since I was already late for a major apt. They charged me and they had still messed up both orders. They gave me the wrong items but I already had left and very upset I called the and I spoke to the manager about the horrible customer service and so she tries to resolve her problem by saying to return to the store for my refund but by that time I'm far away so I ask if I can return another day. She said yes. Im back at the store and she never left any notes like she mentioned. They then later said I cannot get my full refund and that they can only offer me a meal of same value. Why would I want to give Mcds another opportunity when they've messed up many times in many locations. And especially allow them to manipulate the situation of lies they fed me. Don't recommend this specific location at all. Management needs to change. (And this is the short brief version...
