One if the worst places I have ever been.I have three children and they have all been to a Chucky cheese great times but this Chucky cheese is by far one of the worst places I have ever been .paid for the buffet it was empty for up to an hour asked every employee that walked by when was they gonna bring food for one hour they all kept saying it would be right out.Finally I got the manager his name was Brad he appologized and offered to give my money back and let us eat for free but I declined I just wanted what I paid for so finally after him telling all the employees to stock the buffet they finally brought out one pizza didn't last long when you have five other family's waiting to eat we hurried up and grabbed one slice each thinking more would come but nope still no pizza thirty minutes went by I kept asking everyone said it would be right out so I gave up and went and spent one hour playing games with my son thinking pizza would come but they only brought out one more my wife told me I ask once more and empiyee named ashly she said you can have more pizza if you could find some one to cook it I went into the kitchen and yelled if anyone was here the kitchen was empty I got pissed and threw the empty pizza pans in the kitchen and decided that I had enough we handed in our game tickets bought my son some Chucky cheese dolls and left he didn't even get to play with Chucky cheese cause they where to buisy takeing care of birthday party's instead I thought Chucky walked around and hugged all the kids but not this Chucky cheese I feel sorry for the manager Brad because his staff did not listen to a word he said I feel if you pay for a buffet then they should have food there I feel robbed and cheated and my son was to it was sad he wanted to hug Chucky cheese but couldn't because he was not part of the birthday crowd.dont waste your time or money on this Chucky cheese next time I take him it will be the Chucky cheese in melbourne.at least they make you feel welcome and know how to make it fun for...

It wasn’t a great experIence at this place today. Waited nearly an hour for pizza, chips and wings after we ordered it, only a few people ordered food so they weren’t rushed off their feet. The worst thing was the middle aged woman cooking the food, she couldn’t keep up with the orders and kept getting them wrong causing delays for all the people waiting for food. She had long straggly grey hair at least 6 inches past her shoulders and didn’t have it tied back, as per the FDA food code guidelines, it was flopping in her face and all over the place, it made us feel nauseous. The 3 food items didn’t come out together, the fries came out barely cooked and we had to send them back, the wings came out next, then our buzzer went off twice more but this middle aged woman refused to hand over the pizza saying it wasn’t ours, eventually she realised it was ours. The kids had long finished playing the games and were very bored by the time the food arrived. Please get this lady to tie her hair back when cooking food in an open kitchen.

There were lots of very tall teenagers (think basketball player height, not little kid height) jumping in groups of 6 more on one of the small trampolines and staff did not stop them. There is a height limit so little kids can play safely on them.

The front of house staff were not serving people in turn, it was very disorganised.

Terrible experience, Took my son for his birthday we started with dirty tables, staff not paying attention to surroundings, there were children literally climbing into the arcade games and yet not a parent or staff member in sight to address the problem. For pizza that was so simple nothing good about it, it took almost 35 minutes to get to the table to eat freezer store bought pizza, took my daughter to the bathroom before eating and bathrooms were a nightmare two out of the four toilets had pee on the seats and one had poop in the toilet to then go to the handicap one and find blood drops on the floor. I was there over 2 hours the bathrooms remained that way during this time, when going to redeem my kids tickets staff were rude and we're so busy socializing and joking around they created a huge line my husband and I ended up walking out without even redeeming the tickets. I've been to many Chuck e Cheese businesses before throughout the United States, have even thrown one of my childrens birthday parties in one before but this one gives the franchise a terrible name, if it weren't for the chaos and mess I would have stayet to complain to the manager but my husband was so disturbed by this place he grabbed or kids and ran out. Huge dissapointment ended up going to Dave n busters to make it up to my kids, will never go back to a Chuck e Cheese on...
