Kings Point Ice Cream and Burger — Restaurant in Florida

Ops!! I can see here that some people were not in a good day. I could say that my family (and I) are lucky to have visited it before seeing some so ordinary reviews.

Food is all about tasty and bad review is all about frustration. However (I said, however), I would check it to see if someone made a point (then follow up). If it is not, ignore it.

We all enjoyed it. It is a beautiful place to engage with family and friends. Also, peaceful, even when it is crowded (it was the day we have visited it). It offers a variety of delicious food, sandwich, ice cream with a personalized service as it does not focus (only) on TIP.

The price is also good (considering its location is between Universal Blvd and Sandlake Rd and it is in the most famous street in Orlando, International Drive). It is good.

Awesome time (delicious ice cream and milkshake) there.

Yes, definitely, we plan to go back next time visiting Orlando.

Went to this place on a whim because of other reviews, and they were NOT lying, This Place Is AWESOME! Nothing of what I expected, it was better! Even with my stupid amount of allergies and food restrictions, I got a burger (no bun, no cheese) they made a lettuce "bun" for it, with bacon, tomato, and sauteed onions, and DAMN! Has to be one of the best burgers I have ever had! My SO got the cheesiest burger I've ever seen and he loved it as well. We will definitely visit here again while we are in Orlando. Food was delicious, staff was unbelievably great, hospitable, greeted us when we came in, explained things on the menu (as some things are Brazilian and they are Brazilian and we didn't understand), service was quick, and you can tell they are proud of their place! While visiting Florida with my parents, we had the incredible experience of visiting Kings Point Ice Cream and Burger on a Saturday with a large group of friends, and our experience was simply exceptional, thanks to Gilson!

From the moment we entered, we were received with all the affection and attention by Gilson, who dedicated himself to ensuring that all of us felt welcome and cared for. He dealt with our large group with professionalism and sympathy, making our visit even more memorable. The food was delicious! The hamburgers were prepared perfectly, and the natural juices were a real surprise for their freshness and flavor. Açaí were also a fantastic choice to cool the heat of Florida.

Despite a small mistake in one of our orders, Gilson made no effort to correct the problem, even if it was not his fault. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was truly admirable and demonstrated the commitment of Kings Point Ice Cream and Burger to quality service. I also need to name Isabela who helped with our orders when the place was very crowded with all sympathy and attention.
