Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

If I could rate zero stars I would. This location on I Drive had poor customer service,messy dining area which they said was closed,all but one salsa was empty and salsa bar was a mess with drippings everywhere, no utensils or straws available. I wiped down a table to eat at(all were messy &sticky) while my husband was at cashier waiting for out 2 quesadillas & burrito to finish being prepared. Staff automatically bagged our food to go and when he sat with us at table we were then told dining room was closed all order are to go. What??? It was 8:00pm and closing hours are 9:00 pm. It said no where dining room closes early. We were in Orlando for sons 4 day sporting event which had finished about 45 minutes before this.and all we wanted to do was eat before hitting the road on our 3 hour trip home. Staff still told us "sorry dining room is still closed all order to go". I would have never stopped here knowing on to go orders an hour before closing.. how was the food??? Again poor service both, quesadillas had all veg and protein only put in the very middle. It was a lump that became a mess of food falling out. It wasn't distributed in the quesadillas just on a single part of it so no cheese to hold it together. The homewrecker ordered wal lacking fillings. Husband said much smaller than the usual size. I would avoid going to this location and find another one. This definitely didn't meet the typical Moe's quality...

I walked into the building over maybe five, seven minutes early to pick up an order, I do door dash, and we are timed for the orders from picking them up to dropping them off, we stood in front of the register for over sixteen minutes waiting for a worker to help us, it was a short woman, I think was named Tiffany? And a tall skinny guy, they both kept walking past us, not even bothering to spare a glance our way, and helping the other costumers, yeah, I wasn't expecting to them to stop helping the others to assist me, but I was expecting them to at least acknowledge me, which they didn't, they would finish with someone and still didn't help me, now, I'm SIXTEEN MINUTES past the pick up time, which WOULD GET ME A STRIKE, the short woman, finally acknowledged me after 16 MINUTES, I told her I was here to pick up an order, she said okay and walked off, I STOOD THERE CONFUSED FOR ANOTHER 15 MAYBE 17 MINUTES, before she finally came back with the order, she didn't even bother letting, me know she hadn't prepared the order, so I could tell my costumer WHY their order was not there with them yet, I was thirty minutes late to dropping off my order, because the...

As most people know, Moe's does have an excellent menu and a polite, friendly, outgoing staff. They all do their job of greeting customers as their management wants every employee to do... greet every single person who enters the storefront with an almost obnoxious "WELCOME TO MOE'S!!!". In my opinion, I find it incredibly annoying. It catches me off guard, it can be quite embarrassing when the restaurant is pretty empty... but I usually like to give them the same level of enthusiasm back, and it puts a few smiles on employee's faces which I'm sure gives them a moment of peacefulness among the chaos of working "the line" as I hear it called. Enough about that; so for this specific location... the staff is always friendly, this location has an awesome outdoor patio which is great to use on a beautiful Spring/Fall evening when the temperatures are just right, and "Moe Mondays" here are great (A burrito of your choosing which includes chips and a drink at a pretty low price of $6.49); as well as Wednesdays and Saturdays because they're both industry nights...
