Good Sirs and Madams, As of late, I had the honour of partaking at a most delightful establishment, wherein the frozen confections of cream and sugar are fashioned with all the zeal of our Lady Liberty herself. This parlor, with a candlelit ambiance, doth present its flavors with the most noble of titles- “Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride” or the “Schuyler Sister’s Kiss”. I partook of Abraham Lincoln’s New Birthday Cake of Freedom. The attendant was most intent on securing my happiness as firmly as our forefathers did secure independence. She helped guide me to my flavor of choice and advise me of her opinions. Indeed, I found myself near toasting with spoon in hand: Huzzah for Liberty, and huzzah for Ice Cream! In fine, I declare, with all the earnestness of a patriot, that this ice cream parlor stands as a true temple of both taste and freedom. Although the line was daunting, they rode the crowd with as much courage as Paul Revere!

Read moreTried the new ice cream place, lots of character and a huge selection. The ice cream was high quality, My Husband felt they were better than Handel’s. They had so many flavors we were overwhelmed, and each ice cream has unique names, thankfully they have lots of menus printed to look over while in line. They have vanilla or chocolate waffle cones which is fun. Multiple ice creams had a gluten-free label at the counter (see image). I think I would like to go back and try their hot drinking chocolate, 13 cool flavors, or a sundae so I could try more flavors of ice cream. They also had 3...
Read moreOn this fair eve, I did partake of a most glorious confection at ye olde Brookers Founding Flavors Ice Cream. Verily, I did procure a portion entitled Samuel Adams, Father of the Cookies ’N Cream Revolution, and lo, it was a taste most triumphant!
The cream was rich and most bounteous, as if churn’d by the very hands of Providence itself. The cookies, dark and noble, were arrayed within like patriots standing resolute against tyranny. Each spoonful did rouse in me the same fervor as the Sons of Liberty upon Boston’s storied streets.
Good sirs and gentle ladies, let it be known that no taxation could e’er diminish the joy therein. I declare before God and country, I loved this ice cream with the zeal of a true patriot, and shall return anon to pledge my appetite anew.
So let the bells of freedom ring, for Brookers hath secured my...
