Read moreI have been to this In-N-Out more times than I could ever count. I love In-N-Out and have not had many negative experiences at In-N-Out. But tonight was ridiculous! We walk in and 2 people in the entire store are wearing a mask(and the masks weren’t even covering their mouth or nose). A few people waiting for food are not wearing masks and everyone sitting down eating or sitting while waiting for their food were not wearing masks. My friends and I make our way to order and are asked if we have masks and we said no. We are told to order and then wait outside it’s 40 degrees outside but okay. They call our number so we go in to get our food and then go to sit down. Then the same employee walks over and says you need to leave or put masks on and we were like we are eating.... nobody else is wearing a mask and there are more people waiting for food inside without masks on. He says leave or we will call the police. We calmly said okay we will go if you are calling the police but why are you kicking us out but everyone else who is not wearing a mask is okay? He said they are eating and got really rude and told us to get out now. So we walked out.
As we left we wondered why we got kicked out but everyone else was fine without masks. Then we realized we had trump hats on and nobody else in the store did. The employee who kicked us out was named Jordan and I guess we know who he voted for. (He must not realize that In-N-Out donates to the trump campaign) Just another classic leftist...
Read moreMy first time visiting an In and Out. I wish I was as impressed with the food as I was the staff. The staff were very friendly. Jeremy seemed to be the one in charge and was running everything like a we'll oiled machine. All the staff looked very young, so very impressive. I ordered a number 3 combo. It was a bit of a wait but understandable considering the restaurant was full, so I had a little time to observe. The place was very clean and Jeremy kept everyone busy. He mad sure the line did not get too long before he asked someone to jump in and help and they were all busy doing their various jobs. Well, when we got our food it looked pretty good (presentation wise). So I took off the top bun to give my husband my tomatoes as I don't like them. That's when I saw how thin the burger was "Where's the beef"? I thought I was in and old Wendy's commercial. The next thing I noticed was the sauce on the bun. Hmm, it looked like thousand island dressing (which I don't really care for) but I went ahead and ate it anyway. I'm not saying the flavor was bad, but really nothing special. I wouldn't mind paying a little more (as the prices were very good) to get at least a 6 oz. burger without the sauce. There may have been a sign somewhere on the menu saying the burgers included the sauce and I may not have noticed. The fries are fresh cut, but they really didn't taste it. A little cold too. I still give them a four because they work hard and the place...
