Super disappointed with my experience here. The menu shows a combo option for pretzel bites and a small smoothie. They have cash registers + ordering kiosks, and all the employees were working at the opposite end of the counter not greeting anybody so I took the hint and went to order on a kiosk. However the kiosk did not have the combo option so I had to ask for help. The employee proceeded to tell me I need to order on the kiosk but when I explained the combo is not there, she seemed confused so I asked if I could just order through her. She looked at her coworker to get her reassurance and then reluctantly took my order. This was the worst ordering experience I’ve had in a while.. she did not understand that I just wanted the #1 combo. It came with original or corn dog pretzels. I was very clear and stated I’d like the original pretzel bites with my small smoothie. She typed something in then asked if I wanted original or corn dog, in which I said “original” for the second time. She again seemed confused on what I was asking for, so I had to ask her if she input the #1 in which she had to turn around and look at the menu to check what it came with. She then said yes and proceeded to ask me what kind of pretzel I wanted again! Slightly baffled I said no I would like the original pretzel bites that it comes with. She said okay and i thought everything was ordered correctly. They had no pretzels ready, so while waiting for those with no communication on how long they’d be, our smoothies came up pretty fast. And thankfully were very good. But here is where I get let down. They hand us smoothies and say pretzels will be a few minutes. We proceed to wait 15 mins with no communication again, no employees interacting with any customers at all. I asked how much longer and the same employee who checked us out again hesitantly said she will go check. She comes back to the smoothie section and just proceeds to keep making smoothies and not tell me the update on pretzel bites. I had no flag her down and all she says is a few more minutes. Not helpful at all. After 5 more mins they finally bring them out but with a secondary full pretzel in which I did not order! I asked is this mine? In which both employees there said yes. I said I ordered the #1 with pretzel bites and that is it! I didn’t have anymore time to wait so I voiced that no, I did not order 2 pretzels and that I am upset I just paid for an extra item i don’t want but had to leave. Read moreWent yesterday with my kids bc they had gift cards from the orthodontist. We spent time looking at the menu to make sure they could order within their gift card budget. When we ordered combo number 2–mini pretzel dogs and a small smoothie—that was listed at $6.99, it rang up as more, which my son pointed out to me. I had to ask the worker, who was very nice and apologetic, and she told me the price was wrong on there and had been for a week. Ok? But that’s the price listed, so isn’t that what I should pay? Also maybe tell me this as I’m ordering and don’t make the customer have to ask. Anyway, we took off the combos and ordered two mini pretzel dogs and an original pretzel. And then waited for 20m sitting at two very dirty tables that didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there. I understand the pretzel dogs take time to make, but what I became frustrated at was that the people who ordered after us received an order of mini pretzel dogs and an original pretzel before us. This was after being there for 15m, so it’s not like they gave these customers already made items. When I asked a worker why this was happening, she told me she wasn’t involved. Ok? Then go find out! When the order did come and I complained, the first worker was again very polite but again said she didn’t know those orders went out and that they take a long time to cook. Again, I recognize the time involved, but this was a terrible experience at this location where there was no up front “hey, sorry the price is wrong” and then to have orders after us served before us was so frustrating. Read moreI've been to many Jamba juice locations but this one was horrible. The three employees had a rude attitude. Doors were super dirty as well as the counter tops where they make the smoothies. As soon as we walked in , the service was horrible. Nobody offered to take our order, stood there for some minutes. I ended up placing the order in the kiosk. Then the girl with red hair that was making the smoothies had such a bad attitude. I ordered four of the same, mango smoothies. All four no flavor and three had a different color. There was another blond girl, who seemed to be the manager. I asked her if I could get a refund , she said she couldn't because the order had been placed through the kiosk. I asked if she could remake them. She started the blenders , walked away and did not came back. The girl that originally had made them, decided to also let them sit there and took care of the two customers that were after me. I placed the order close to 5:40 and did not get my order until about 6:05.. I truly hope that management takes care of this. I'm definitely not...
