I ordered on the app and when I got to the counter the lady asked my name, and she got my drink and said the order wasn’t ready yet. After about 15-20 minutes I had seen several people order and finish their food by the time I went up and asked about my food. They said it had been ready for a minute and not only was one of the food items wrong, but my food was also cold. If they hadn’t taken so long to get the order to me even though the lady knew I was there and even kept looking over at me without saying anything then I would have been able to get the issues fixed. But as a blue collar worker I only get so much time before I have to get back to work and they had already made me late to getting back to work. I really don’t think a bunch of high school kids coming in after I did should be put in priority. I believe the person who arrives and ordered first should be able to get what they paid for, and the correct items, before somebody that comes in 10 minutes after them. But that wasn’t the case. Pretty ridiculous that these people are getting twice the wages when I was working at Taco Bell. And not to mention that none of them even pretended to look like they wanted to work there. I still needed to type a message in my phone and saw her minutes later storming out with a worker who looked like a high school kid, standing way too close to her with no mask while she just grabbed the ordered food. I heard the other high-school looking & behaving workers in the background screaming towards her and decided to not go in this kids club to order food. If they treat customers like that and bring them like that in danger to come in person in the store to grab food, on a empty drive through and empty dining area. Read moreHad a terrible experience on Saturday February 18 2023. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I had asked for half hard shell and half soft shell. When I got to the window the total was much more money than expected. They read the order back and said I had asked for BLT tacos. I told them I hadn’t requested that. She then got a manager. He said that he heard me ask for BLT tacos. I told them that was incorrect and my wife also chimed in saying the same. The manager then said “get out of my drive-thru” and then slammed the drive thru window.
This is ridiculous for someone who claims to be a manager. This is poor business. A discussion would have been great. Instead, they chose to act like a child and not try for an opportunity to correct the problem. I will be happy to tell as many people as possible about...
