Walking into Crumbl is like stepping into a gourmet cookie dream. Based on the mouthwatering display in these photos, Crumbl continues to live up to its reputation for bold flavors, playful creativity, and presentation that practically demands a taste test.

Standouts from This Week’s Lineup: • Chilled Cookies & Cream: A chilled treat with rich chocolate cookie base and a swirl of creamy Oreo-infused frosting. The texture contrast and crushed cookie topping give it serious “cookies & milk” nostalgia. • Baked Butterbeer: A warm, golden-brown cookie that looks straight out of the wizarding world. Buttery and rich, it’s a must-try for Harry Potter fans and butterscotch lovers alike. • Dubai: Elegant and intriguing, this cookie is topped with white drizzle and what looks like shredded pistachio or white chocolate – offering a sophisticated global twist. • Milk Chocolate Chip: The classic. Thick, soft, gooey—this cookie doesn’t try to impress with frills, but it still hits every comforting note. • The Bueno: Inspired by Kinder Bueno, this cookie is topped with a hazelnut chocolate drizzle that promises a nutty-smooth burst of flavor. • Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt: Rich and indulgent with gooey caramel notes and a hit of sea salt that balances the sweetness perfectly. For dark chocolate lovers, this one is a knockout. • S’more: Toasted marshmallow and chocolate square nestled into a graham-inspired cookie base—everything you want from a campfire treat in handheld form.

Final Verdict: Crumbl’s cookie rotation keeps dessert exciting. Whether you’re a fan of chilled, frosted creations or classic warm cookies, there’s something here for every kind of sweet tooth. The attention to flavor pairings, playful names, and quality ingredients makes each visit feel like a new dessert adventure.

I’m super disappointed about my experience with crumbl’s catering service. First of all , I have to say that I love crumbls cookies! So I was super excited to have put an order in for a catering service for our special event. Why do people do catering…. For the flare, the display, for a peoples favorite, for the tastiness, convenience, and for the compliments! But sadly that’s not what I got. I placed an order about 5 days in advance although when I personally went into the store and asked about catering services they had told me that placing an order that far in advance for weekly flavors was unnecessary but could if I wanted and I went ahead and placed an order and I was given a time they would be ready for pick up later on during the week. When I arrived at my appointed time I was told that it wasn’t ready and needed to come back about 1 hour later. When arriving later the cookies were thrown into the box and the bottom of the display box had soaked up all the grease and oil from the cookies and so it looked bad and the cookies them selves were not pleasing to the eye, the frosting had slid off the top onto the other non frosted cookies and didn’t even have the right topping or no toppings on them at all . Also I was shorted 30 cookies and was given 15 of the wrong cookies (we ordered no Nutella ones for people at the event that had nut allergies and received Nutella cookies…..Nutella topping was splattered onto other non nuttella cookies) I had to re display them onto something else because of how badly soaked the box was and had someone come up to me at our event and said , “The cookies were good despite how messy they looked, where did we get them?” I answered them and said crumbl and they said ,”funny , never seen them that messy.” So very disappointed especially because I spent the expense for something that wasn’t cater...

Their delivery service is extremely lacking. My wife was at a conference and we ordered cookies to be delivered to her. The order receipt confirmed delivery would be between 2:00-3:00 but they still hadn't been delivered by 3:30. Her conference was over at 3:00. She waited an extra half hour before we finally had to call and cancel the order. The only response we got was they postponed her delivery to between 3:00-4:00 but never let anyone know. They didn't seem to care she had wasted an extra 30 minutes waiting and were surprised she wasn't willing to wait until 4:00. I will never use this service again!

Follow-up: Crumbl customer support asked for more information regarding my experience and I sent them the complete story. They asked if they could send my contact information to the Draper store (cellphone and email) so their manager could make it right. I agreed and had hoped to be able to address the issue with the store directly. Customer Service responded a few days later to let me know that the Draper store would be reaching out to me soon. It has now been 10 days and I haven't heard anything. I have emailed twice asking if I should still expect a call but the main customer service email has now gone silent as well. I'm beginning to realize the reply to my review online is just for show so it appears to people reading reviews that they care. They really do not and won't respond further or try to make...

We were afraid I would miss my grandson's birthday and I had heard great things about Crumbl Cookies, but never used them before. I thought this would be a great time to try them and it would be a wonderful surprise for my grandson. I imagined his delight when he opened the package. I asked my daughter about them and after awhile she finally answered me and said the quality of the cookies was not very good and they looked very un-appetizing. When I saw them myself (we ended up making it to the birthday) I was so sad and disappointed. Not only that, we had forgone bringing a present thinking that the cookies were the present. We felt really embarrassed at the quality of our chosen gift. I did contact the store and I am supposed to see a return of the money on my account in 4-5 days, unfortunately, the person helping me didn't know how to give a refund and it took some time for her to get help and supposedly figure it out, so I am hopeful but unsure if it will go through. :'(

I travel a lot and one thing I look for is a good cookie. After all, cookies are my cryptonite. Crumbl Cookies is a top 3 best cookie I've ever had in my travels. The cookie is a little crisp on the outer layer but as soon as you break it and get into the cookie - it's soft, gooey and full of flavor. Dense and rich of sweet ingredients is what a cookie is all about. The frosting is well balanced in terms of heaviness...you don't want a heavy frosting - light(er) and fluffier is just right, which is Crumbl Cookies attack. Excellent cookie that hits the sweet spot. Unfortunately, I was in just for a quick trip so I didn't get to try many other flavors but I got a pretty good sampling. Awesome job Crumbl Cookies!
