Draper Vapor — Local services in Draper

I love the variety of products that this place offers and the prices are awesome but I gotta say I've never experienced worse customer service in my life than with Drapor Vapor. I purchased a vaporizer from here that stopped working a week after I bought it so I brought it back in and the manager said he would have to ship it back to the manufacturer to see what could be done. So a few weeks go by and I hear nothing. So, I stop by again to see if there is any updates. Turns out they never sent the vape back to the manufacturer. I say it's fine, and write down my number and name on a piece of paper and tell them to call me when they have an update for me. A month goes by, still haven't heard anything. I go back in, and ask about any updates and nobody seems to know who I am or what's going on. The manager that I spoke to isn't in so they tell me to call the manager on a Sunday. That's when he's usually in, they said. Apparently this guy is really hard to get a hold of. I had no luck. So I stopped by a few more times for any updates and looks like they just dropped the whole thing because nothing was ever done for me and nobody seemed to know about my situation at all. It's been over 6 months now. I bought another vape from these people and it no longer charges after using it for about a month. Needless to say I'm super upset and will never come back to this place or recommend anyone go here because they obviously don't care about...

This shop is awesome! Great prices, products and customer service. It has a very comfortable and higher end feel much more then other shops and the people who work there are great and they stand by their products as well as their customers satisfaction. I’ve bought many things from them and ended up loving everything I’ve bought from them. I recently got a new tank that just wasn’t working well, I went in and they tried a few things to help me out and when that didn’t work they switched it out thinking it must have been just a random fluke because it was a good product that didn’t usually have leaking issues and was really smooth, the new tank was a lot better but wasn’t great so I went in today to ask if maybe I had put something on wrong and they helped me out and I got a new coil in it and it works great and is my new favorite tank. Not once did they act annoyed that I wasn’t completely happy with it they just kept trying to find a solution and said if I still wasn’t happy they would take care of me. I’ve been vaping for a while but I still don’t know a lot about set up, changing coils etc and they have always taken the time to explain things and have never rushed me. I don’t live very close to this shop but it’s now the only place I go and everyone I’ve recommended them to have been...

When this place first went through an ownership change, I was SUPER hesitant. The look was different, the products changed, and the people who new me there and what I liked were gone. What can I say, I don't like change. But now, this is the ONLY place I go for supplies. The lady who is there most often when I go in (I didn't get her name, I will next time I stop in) always walks me through the pros and cons of a handful of disposables I haven't tried, makes her recommendation, and its always on point. First time I went in after the changeover was complete, Dustin (absolute G) took a good 10-15 minutes out of his day to go search a random box of trinkets, odds and ends to see if he had a replacement piece lying around for my mod (I dropped it 😞). Somehow, he found a piece that fit perfectly, and magically, the color actually matched my mod better than the original piece. Kevin helped me out today, got me hooked up with a new juice flavor recommendation. He nailed it. The look is fresh (my camera wasnt working, I'll update with pics next time i head in), there are so many more options for juices and disposables, the staff is always super helpful and friendly.
