Bluegrass Vape — Local services in Dry Ridge

I have visited several vape stores across the country, and was very displeased with the service at this establishment. Upon entering said store, I was never greeted by red headed female employee. Employee seemed to be too preoccupied with the single customer in the store to acknowledge me. Upon attempting to test the vape juice I was greeted with a rude remark about mouthpieces for the juice. The employee stated "Hold on a second! Can't you see I'm busy?" I was extremely offended. If a sale overweighs your customer service and/or you can't have simple manners to deal with the public, I do not believe you should have employment. Staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Almost seemed aggrieved we came in for anything. Didnt try to engage himself in the sale or share any knowledge he my have known regarding any of the products. I love this shop. I've been a regular now for a few months. Angie is the best up their every time I go up their for a new juice or new tank or have a question she always goes out of her way to make me feel good in the choice I make. Been to a lot of other shops and Bluegrass Vape in Dryridge is my home store. Honestly if your looking for a good down to earth spot this is the shop.
