T-Mobile — Local services in Dry Ridge

Don't get the home 5g wifi box if you have multiple Internet users in your house or you like to play games, their infrastructure is not set up for it and they are not capable of giving you more than 16mbps download speed. In my area there's only 3 towers and 2 have been down since we got it months ago and the one good one is almost 20 miles away. So yeah it sucks I don't even know why they would offer it in remote areas if they aren't capable of suppling 5g speeds and they have nobody who can actually go to the towers and maintain them. On 2/24/25 there were 2 women at this location working and they still opened the store 5 minutes late even though I was standing at the door. They were not friendly AT ALL! They gave us no information about any plans. Definitely a waste of time. Will not go back to this store and would not recommend anyone going. These employees were extremely rude. Went there the lady pretty much didn’t wanna deal with me period and said anything to run me off I guess I interrupted her lunch I was just asking about the promotion and she was rude I ended up going to Florence and they got the job done with no problems but thx anyways.. won’t be going back to this location bc customer service...
