Can't believe there's actually a Starbucks in Dry Ridge! Love the openness of it. It has a more laid back feel to it than most other stand alone locations. Plenty of plugs and USB outlets. They are still getting the hang of things so they are still a tad slow at getting drinks out. Doesn't help that coronavirus is making it slow and hours are limited. Can't wait until things get back to the new normal. Employees are friendly. EDIT: JULY 2020. Back to regular hours. Indoor and outdoor seating has been modified for social distancing. Now that they've been open for awhile, they have gotten much more efficient. The staff is EXCELLENT. Kelly did a good job hiring. Thanks Mae, Becky, Megan, Laura for making getting coffee fun!!!

Right off the highway between Knoxville and Chicago. Friendly staff who do not flinch when asked to do an odd pour over. Completely satisfactory, and the only good coffee I’ve been able to locate in this region. If you are in a big hurry, please understand, this isn’t NYC. Be grateful that there is decent coffee here AT AlLL! As with any starbucks, coffee fantastic, food horrendously ancient and unacceptable. Not the fault of this location. Don’t eat, drink your coffee.

Micha exceeded expectations! I was sitting outside and instead of ignoring me he asked if my dog needed water then not only made me a new drink as what ordered was missing some extra Chai, he brought the new drink with a couple of shots so my first drink wasn’t wasted. If everyone at Starbucks acted the way he did (and the young lady that took my order) I would live there :) Great job!

Title: Starbucks Saved My Morning — BP Just Saved Its Excuses

I stumbled into Starbucks like a zombie craving caffeine and left feeling like a wizard who just unlocked the secrets of the universe — all thanks to a caramel macchiato crafted by a barista named Jasmine who could probably solve world peace with a coffee stirrer.

Meanwhile, right next door, BP is desperately trying to figure out if their coffee is actually just reheated sadness in a cup. I once went there for gas and a coffee, and the barista gave me a blank stare and handed me a cup of hot regret.

Starbucks has free Wi-Fi, a playlist curated by angels, and chairs so comfy you might just move in. BP has a parking lot full of cars that look like they’ve seen more drama than daytime soap operas.

I took my Starbucks, walked over to BP, and my cup immediately felt sorry for the gas pumps — those things have the personality of a soggy sponge.

If you want your soul revived and your taste buds danced on, Starbucks is your church. BP is the sad parking lot where...

I am sadly leaving this review to an Starbucks store, but I am disappointed to the fact that at 8:31pm of today's date 5/7/2022 the ovens are off reason given to me when I was trying to order something to eat for my daughter who was excited to have her favorite meal from Starbucks! The first and the last customer should be assist the same way, if the first customer orders a hot sandwich in the morning, the customer that orders the same hot sandwich 30 minutes before closing time should be able to get that exact meal without excuses of ovens being turned off ☹️, to me that is a very poor customer service and should be corrected immediately to avoid more upset...
