I placed my order online in the morning yesterday. But when I went to the place to pick them up, I was told my order was cancelled. I insisted that I did not cancel my order. After a minute, the store admitted that they cancelled my order because they did not like the coupon I used. At that time, I was late on my schedule.
I don't mind they reject my order online if they don't like the coupon. However, I don't think it is acceptable practice to cancel customers' order after they are placed. The owner clearly place profit ahead...

The sandwich "artist" was slow as can be, we were charged extra for Spicy Italian, had no option but to get a chocolate milk and squeezable yogurt.
