Very rude and ghetto night shift. I mean I’m from the hood but I didn’t expect to get tight and cursing. Employees chilling behind the bar. I got locked out the place because I went to my car meanwhile the store was t supposed to close for another hour. It was HORRIBLE. I was nervous about eating thinking somebody was gonna get shot. They made my steak that I asked for medium well medium RARA… when I complained the manager thought he was about to just put it back on the grill real quick which would cross so many cross contamination laws. The dude behind the bar asked my bf where the “weed was”. However I went back like a week later in the day shift thinking maybe it’s better. It was a lil More calm. I ordered honey pepper chicken tenders and brought me a lot of noodles and TWO TENDERS… the meal shows five in the picture. I asked the manager to come because the waitress was clearly being rude. Then she came ruder! Can’t remember her name but she felt strongly about the chicken tenders and how they changed the rules to two chicken tenders and mouthed very smart alicky “ I can’t promise ima do this Everytime” like I’m not asking u for no favor! I’m paying good money. But I told her don’t even worry about. I had a bad experience last time and I shouldn’t have come back thought day shift would be better but don’t worry I’ll write this in my review. Read moreI am SO MAD at Applebee's Duluth GA location, I may never eat at Applebee's again! Last night, I placed a Carside to Go order online at 8:11pm. The confirmation said it would be ready at 8:33pm. When I arrived at the restaurant about 8:30pm, I parked in Carside closest to the door and checked in online, successfully or so it appeared. One of the wait staff was outside and she saw me park and went back inside as I was doing so. But then I waited over 30 minutes without anyone ever bringing me my order! I didn't go in because I had added a 20% tip to my order, which incidentally is way more than the suggested tips online in the ordering process. I expected the service I paid for since I was there well before their 9:00pm cutoff for Carside delivery. At 8:50pm, I started calling the restaurant and no one ever picked up. Another of the wait staff even came outside and passed my car, too quickly for me to flag him, 4 times without checking on me. At 9:06pm, I gave up and left. I had to go to somewhere else to get dinner instead and I was very hungry by then, not to mention the wear and tear on my car for idling it so long. I called again when I got home and finally after a long time got through to someone who told me they never received my check in online and no one could refund me until the next day. Today, they still haven’t refunded me. If they can’t be bothered with their Carside service, they shouldn’t make it available as an option online and they should remove their Carside parking signs. Read moreI placed an order for curbside pickup and was told that it would be ready by 9:55. I waited until 10:15and called to ask why it hadn't been brought out yet. The manager stated that they can't bring orders out after dark and I had to come in to pick up the food. I went in and asked her why would they allow me to place an order if they weren't doing curbside pick up. She stated that an answering service takes the order so she didn't know. I checked my food and it was only half of the order in the bag. She proceeded to get the other bag and stated that she didn't pack the order with an attitude. My issue is as the manager once she saw that a curbside order was placed and couldn't fulfill that order, she should have called me and informed me. Instead she let me sit outside for 20 mins and then had an attitude with me. I asked her to adjust my bill for the inconvenience and she stated that she wouldn't because nothing was wrong with the order. I requested a refund and she told me that she had to send it to corporate to issue a refund and it would take 5-7 days for them to decide and she couldn't give me a receipt showing that I wasn't taking the food and got a refund. I told her that I needed something showing me that I didn't take the food and would a received a refund. She did something on the computer and stated that she refunded it but wasn't going to give me a receipt showing that she did. Then proceeded to yell at me and tell me BYE.
