Dunkin' — Restaurant in Duluth

This location used to make awesome coffee and the wait was never long. Now you have to wait for your coffee even when you order through the mobile app. One incident is when I order through the app 10 mins before and still had to wait for the coffee. Except my coffee never got made while I’m waiting there for another 10 mins. The guy working there decides to take everyone’s order and make the other older guy make the coffee except he had no idea how to make the coffees even when he’s been there for over a month. So I end up walking out cause it was taking forever. Another incident, which is today, I placed my mobile order 20 mins before I arrived to ensure I don’t have to wait and lo and behold, I go there and my coffee hasn’t even been made. And the new chick had no idea there was a mobile order. To top it off, coffee was disgusting. Two days in a roll they made my coffee horrible. It looked and tasted like it was water with hint of coffee and no caramel. Bring back competent people. Miss the lovely lady that used to work there and the other guy as well. They knew how to make my coffee and what I wanted. Will not be going to this...

I hate to write this because the staff here seems fun-loving/positive but they simply can’t make good coffee for the life of them. I believe they think they are doing customers a favorite by tripling the syrup (and I get Dunkin is know for sweetness) but my god, no. You literally can not drink these lattes because they taste like 40% milk and 60% syrup. No coffee detectable at all. Truly curious if they even brew any throughout the day.

I have came here about 10 times. Each time just hoping the last one was an off day but this is consistent. I have made the extra drive to another Dunkin nearby that has the proper ratios.

Today, I asked for HALF the pumps of sugar and got to the window and my drink was white again. So I just knew it was syrup and it was.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The young girl taking orders in the drive-thru at 7:40pm on Monday, June 13th was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was the only one in the drive-thru and while taking my order she kept telling me to hold on and was laughing. After 5 minutes she asked for my order which I repeated 3 times but she kept laughing. When I looked inside the drive-thru window she was talking to her friends. I got frustrated and told her to please take my order but she talked back and said to repeat my order again with an attitude. At this point, I didn't want to continue wasting my time with an ignorant person and drove off. Most of the current reviews are from upset customers that experienced the same thing.
