They have BADDDDD customer service .. I order a salad at 10:06 and the lady said they wouldn't have a driver til 11:15 .. I said ok .. but then around 10:18 I changed my mean and call back to cancel and do you know this lady was very nasty with me and said I had to pay for the salad because she made it.. so you telling me that you made a salad that have to set for a hour before the driver get there.. so you saying my salad have to set 10:18 to 11:15 if the driver get to work on time.. I could understand if they was behind... I'm not going to get it until 11:30.. I think not!!!! The salad should have been made once you have a driver there... NOT GOOD BUSINESSSSSS oyea and she hang up on me.. and didn't what to lesson to what I had to say...... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAINNNNNNNNN DULUTH GA 30096!!!! And my Company order from them daily...... NOT anymore JimmyJohn here...

Went here for the first time today. The classical music playing inside instantly brought a smile to my face and gave me a good feeling. The restaurant is on the older side, but that’s what I love about it. Retro trending. The service I received from the cashier was great. She was pleasant when I ordered over the phone, and was delightful and funny when chatting in person. I was impressed with the food and the prices as well.
