Chum — Local services in Duluth

One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had within a shelter service or a shelter center I met with a woman named Deb Holman and it was horrible she was very short with me she asked me what I needed once I let her know what I needed it was very very blunt she was more than set on anything that I asked for or asked about it was someone else's she gave me names of people that she had stuff saved for there were things there that we needed that we could have utilized THAT SHE DIDN'T GIVE TO MEand she basically let me know that it was for someone else and basically MAYBE YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND SHOULD JUST CHECK OUT THE SHELTER COME TO THE SHELTER SHE SAYS QUOTE...why did I even call her. she says the boots that I chose aren't going to keep my feet warm probably not and of course she was right they don't it was a bad experience all in all I will not recommend CHUM services or shelter TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW THAT IS IN...
