Was there for about a month when I first moved here. Was a good resource while job hunting before moving along to my own place. Breakfast is great and usually they have a decent lunch and dinner.
Most of the staff are great, especially the daytime staff. Only a few complaints with one woman in particular who works evenings and needs to grow up.
My biggest gripe is how they let people take over the facility for breakfast and all hell breaks loose on many mornings when people who don't stay at the shelter come in for food. I believe everyone should get a hot meal but if you can't follow a few simple rules like being respectful to the people surrounding you, you should get a three strikes and you're out.
