I wanted to try the place cause I’ve heard it was great Pizza! I had been looking online trying to figure out the different pasta sauces too and I’m sorry I don’t know them all! I was greeted with a kiosk, the gentleman handing food out through the out window. I said, excuse me too. He closed it acted like I wasn’t there!! I went in front of the window. He never looked up!! The bartenders over at Circle 1852 noticed this as they were the ones he was talking to last. I asked them if they could tell me the difference between two of the different sauces and they did the best they could. I ordered at the kiosk never speaking to a soul that own the establishment nor did they even acknowledge me until I got a bell ring to come get my food quite a while .. I was the only customer they’re waiting for food ?!?! Got the Pomodoro marinara with linguine at $14.40.. (in a dish that’s 6 inchs wide and 3 inches deep and mine was well half empty?! Half full your call!) I won’t be ordering that pasta again.. I should’ve just stuck with Pizza again. I ordered a Margherita pizza, ($13.40) and then I ordered a Napoli.. ($14.60) I was seriously confused as I opened $46 worth of food was a little astonished by the size of the spaghetti but then to see absolutely no difference in the pizza??i’m seriously confused these two pizzas look the same even the waiters at Circle 1852 said there should be basil leaves on one and not the other. They looked at the two pizzas with me as I went back up the stairs, and my food got colder.. This was after I tried knocking on the window again please see attached video you get to see his arm. He doesn’t move. The waiters helped me get the attention of this location.. I’m sure the pizza is great hot and I’m sure there’s a difference between the two because the picture on Google looks nothing like either of these!! at least the owner posted.. this was seriously disappointing! 50 bucks my kid and I could’ve had steak!! That was sad!! Ignored food all over the place and no service besides another restaurant??
The owners(picture attached) answer doesn’t seem to address all the concerns I have here! 1 even trying to order pasta and ask the differences I was ignored! They closed the window as I said, excuse me, sir! it was the other business trying to even help me. I almost didn’t order anything at that point to be frankly honest!!! Even knocking on the window didn’t work! It took the other business to even try to answer my questions and to get the employee to notice that there was a customer knocking on the window asking questions after getting their order! it doesn’t explain 6 inches being half full, nor do I believe this reflects on the other location. I’m interested to know the Google photo picture you have posted of your pizza by owner which one that is because that was neither pizza?? This was overall a horrifically bad experience!! You can you see where the employee or owner I’m not sure who is in the kitchen watch the video you get to see their arm. I had already tried knocking a few times to ask even about the Pizza difference. You should be thanking the business next to you for at least trying to have some level of customer service. Because they’re the only reason I placed the order because they were the ones who were trying to explain the differences in your pasta sauce, which was sad that they are taking the time to invest in the business and help customers!! While whomever was there could not speak to me about the food choices...
Read moreTwo thumbs down on this deliver order. I ordered Shrimp Alfredo and added fried chicken. Let’s just say the meal I spent $37.00 for was very disappointing. They literally reheated my dehydrated chicken in the broiler and nuked my Alfredo pasta in the microwave until it was steaming hot and soggy. The chicken was translucent as if it was sitting out all day…. and night… and then placed in the oven to broil the tips to a burnt crisp. The chicken was very similar to beef jerky. The only difference is, my dog doesn’t spit beef jerky out to do a double take before eating it. The shrimp Alfredo had a mix of new and old rubbery shrimp. Unfortunately videos are not allowed to be posted. Long story short, I tapped the chicken on the table and my husband shouted out, “who is it” because he thought someone was knocking at the door. My son then picked up two pieces of chicken and started playing the drums on the table. Surprisingly, he was actually able to get a good beat going which made two of my other kids start doing the Dougie (dance move) as my youngest moonwalked across the living room floor. The food was horrible but we did have the opportunity to have a fun family night at the house as we created our own version of “Making the Band”. The dog even got to enjoy the musical fried chicken doggie treats....
Read moreToday I had a pizza at this new Dunedin, FL restaurant. It was a thin crust plain cheese pie. Five stars. Seems this is a real authentic Italian eatery. The owner is from Italy. The pizza oven is from Italy. Many of the ingredients are also from Italy too. Food was fresh, tasty and affordable. It’s a common space building which a a little unique, but not otherwise an issue. Parking at the building was a little tight. Overall,...
