THE PATIO LOUNGE — Restaurant in Dunedin

I like this place... Cool spot to go to for a beer and to hang out. They have a game room too for pool players, pinball, etc.

I have a question though... What is the affiliation with the food truck parked next to you guys? The food is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. Is that guy running the food truck really really high all the time? If he has a mental issue, then my apologies, but tell the guy to write down the orders and to take a name for the order. He legit asked us what we were ordering and where we were sitting 5-6 times. And he still got it wrong when he brought the food. A pen and some paper will make this guy a little more successful than he is.

St Andrew’s Pub is a bar with an English vibe. They were still in a soft opening phase with just beer and wine but are planning to expand options very soon. Service was great. The beer selection included Guinness , Harp, Stella, Yuengling , TBBC and some other standard options. The inside was really nice and cozy. The outside patio is beautiful, wrapping around from the front parking lot to the Pinellas Trail on the back side. it’s easy to walk to from other downtown parking areas via the trail (The parking lot is limited). The Patio Lounge was recently rebranded from St. Andrew's Pub, and it's a nice upgrade! The outdoor patio area is greatly improved, and the ambiance is perfect for Dunedin. We stopped in for some afternoon cocktails, and it was just perfect. I particularly enjoyed their Old Fashioned & Cigar special for only $20. The cocktail was made to perfection with Buffalo Trace bourbon, and likewise the cigar was of similar quality. We had a remarkably pleasant time enjoying our beverages and smoke right on the Pinellas Trail in the heart of Dunedin watching the world go...
