This Chick-fil-A is absolutely horrible!!!
There is another Chick-fil-A not far from this one, my advice is to go there, I definitely will going forward.
The management here simply does not care. I waited for over an hour for a breakfast order placed and I arrived for before 10AM, well before the 10:30AM breakfast cutoff. Once they were unable to use the time as an excuse they claimed they had no record of my order, despite the transaction taking place and my emailed receipt with transaction number.
Several customers were having the similar issues. The employees were blaming the Chick-fil-A application and claiming that we needed to take it up with corporate. Nothing was wrong on a technical level, it was purely operations and order execution. They claimed they were short staffed and backed up, but when I arrived there were barely any cars in the drive thru or curbside parking spaces.
While I was there they also failed a large catering order for a business and then blamed the customer that the order was "incorrect" and "last minute" (although if that was the case how were they allowed to place it??).
Meanwhile there are several employees talking or standing around outside with tablets waiting to take more and more orders that the team inside clearly could not keep pace with or even get correct. I don't understand their logic of taking orders fast and filling them slow. Would seem much more productive to take orders slower and fill them faster.
The manager talked to me for two seconds, pretended and promised me some alternate lunch food items as replacement, as by this point I had missed the breakfast cutoff. She walked away and never came back. She also argued with other unhappy customers with legitimate complaints and made excuses about staffing because of COVID. She claimed that other Chick-fil-A locations had enough staffing but they did not. (even though there were at least four employees outside with tablets and not enough cars to need that many people out there). There's no point in taking orders faster if you can't fill them!!!
Another employee finally helped me and I greatly appreciated it.
I am a patient, reasonable person and will tolerate a lot, which unfortunately gets you overlooked in these type of scenarios. There were so many angry customers and some getting loud and obnoxious. I was respectful but told them at this point I just needed to leave as I had been waiting for well over and hour and needed to get back to work.

This place claims to be short-staffed 😕 so this is the running excuse for the craptastic service, lackluster dried up cashier's with no personalities, and anything else a guest may experience while here. I can tell you why they are indeed short-staffed... Firstly, let's recognize the fact that only 1-5 people applied to work here recently. I'm no mathematician, but that doesn't seem like very much. Secondly, Its because even though they don't think so, they are so very discriminatory. They think that their policies are inclusive and exclusive to good customer service, but in the long run these things will hurt this place. I'm not going to get into details because I'm not that messy of a person, the brand of Chick-fil-A is still good, but this particular location with its archaic rules and policies isn't!!!!!!!!! I wish the absolute worse on this location 😔 and hope that they remember in the future that everyone deserves a fair chance and until this is really understood this location will continue to be short-staffed. So in my opinion, people take your $$ inside the mall to the other Chick-fil-A!!!! The workers inside the mall have a bit of a sunnier disposition and service is way more efficient and speedy. Seriously,Just like real women CAN have curves, real people CAN have ink and piercings too!!! This is very normal in society, and not unheard of in some markets of Chick-fil-A. My concern and problem with this was that my friend was not asked prior to accepting two interviews if they had any visible tattoos that would stop them from working at this particular location... Read moreI’ve never received horrible service from Chick-fil-A until yesterday, November 13, 2020. The location at Perimeter at Hammond Drive is extremely slow and staff is a bit unprofessional. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for the order. Curbside pickup wasn’t available so I had to pick up my order via the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window I was asked to park in a curbside pickup parking space and my order would be brought out. I wasn’t provided with a time for the wait. After waiting for several minutes I had to ask the associate standing outside taking orders to check on my order. When my order arrived 20 minutes later a few condiments were missing. When I called the young lady back over to my car I asked the about my missing condiments and she advised they out. I asked why I wasn’t informed of the missing condiments when she arrived to my car with the order. She couldn’t provide a answer and sarcastically apologized. Between the long wait and not receiving the requested condiments I asked for a refund and proceed to return the food. The associate (Bianca) sarcastically advised she didn’t want the food and asked for the receipt on the bag. She returned to restaurant with the receipt only to return to my car 10 minutes later to asked for my method of payment. I waited about 10 minutes for Bianca to return with my refund receipt and method of payment. When she returned to my car with my refund she advised she needed the food back which I happily gave her. The overall experience was awful. It was a bit alarming and concerning she asked me to return the food in the middle of a national pandemic given how the virus is spread. She did indeed return to restaurant with food in hand. I will never patronize this location and it’s my hope other customers receive...
