When this location first opened, the service we received was fantastic. Our server was attentive, tables were being pre-bussed around us, and re-fills were given promptly. My husband and I even raved about the service because we have lived in Atlanta for three years without so much as a friendly hello at restaurants in the past. However, I came here today to make my first bad review ever because of not one, but two bad visits In April, my husband and I came in during game day; we knew it would be busy, so we sat at the bar (which had 7 patrons aside from ourselves). The bartender came up to us, we placed our food and beverage orders all at onceâI ordered the strawberry margarita that was special. The bartender proceeded to serve everyone around us- food and drinks. I watched as she made several of the margaritas for her other patrons, and her have conversations with others, but never came back to us. A food runner dropped off our food without asking if we needed anything. When we finally caught the bartenderâs attention, we asked for napkins, a refill of water, and the missing margarita- she never delivered anything. At the end of the meal, she dropped off the check and only said âsorry for the water.â We left annoyed, but overall chalked it up to it being busy. My husband and I try to give grace as we both have worked as servers and bartenders (9+ years between us). We gave BWW another chance a few Wednesdays ago (5/22/24) for their unlimited boneless wings special. This is no exaggeration- literally the absolute worst service we have been given in an establishment. The place was busy, but by no means full. The host was non-attentive, sat several people that walked in after us, before us, kept his airpods in, and sat in the back most of the evening on his phone. Our server took 15 minutes to come to our table but once he arrived, he was super friendly, so we were hopeful. We placed our order, and it was delivered by a food runner, with no napkins or ranch and our drinks were empty. We asked for ranch, but it arrived well after we had finished our portions. At one point, there wasnât a single server, or bartender on the floor, and the host was sitting in the back on his phone. Our server finally returned about 30 minutes after we had finished with our first serving of food. We decided to order one more round of the wings, to make it worth what we had paid for but ultimately, the food never came to the table. When the server came back after we thought he placed this order (another 5-10 minutes had passed at this point) he asked if we needed anything else--- implying he never put in the order. By this point, we were over it- we just wanted the bill. So, we ultimately paid around $53.26 for 12 boneless wings and a thing of fries. To make matters worse, the server hovered over our table as we were leaving the tip- the most attentive he had been all night. So from 8pm-11pm we were served one serving of boneless wings, one serving of fries, and 1 water+1 Pepsi with no refills. Note: at one point when I went to the restroom, I could hear several of the staff in a verbal altercation in...

First, the food was good and the place is clean and very nice, but the service is awful! On a business trip driving thru Atlanta as the half-way point in the late afternoon and traffic was getting bad so decided to eat, rest and let the traffic calm. My first trip to BWW and was looking forward to a good time, good meal. There is an upstairs patio with full service, weather was great so decided this would be good. Found one table that was cleaned, several had remnants of past meals but not yet bussed so seating was a redflag. It was not crowded but there were a few folks there. Waited more than 10 minutes for a server to come and take drink orders, 2 waters with lemon, 2 beers. Never got the lemons and the beers were almost 30 minutes later. Then she tells us just use the QR code to order and she would bring the food. Okay - this requires a credit card upfront. So food comes about 20 minutes after the online order, we got wings and fries - no napkins, no ketchup, nothing else. No drink refills either even after repeated requests. Waiting we saw two families come and seat themselves then leave because they never got service. Tables all around are still not getting bussed and people are complaining table to table about the service.
Second, that credit card with the online order, well, we ordered another beer and it never came and finally had to leave, no lemons, no napkins, no ketchup, no service... so I go find the server and asked about getting a bill to pay and she says just pay it on the app, well that app now only has 2 beers, both the wrong ones and no food. I show her and she says their system is broken because when they edit in the restaurant it does not sync to the app - okay, so she prints me a bill, I pay and leave. Well BWW has my credit card in their app and 100 miles west later I get a text that I have an unpaid ticket that will be charged and will include 18% gratuity! For WHAT SERVICE!!!??!? I pull over, get out my receip and call, it just rings and rings then automated message comes on and says no one is able to take the call and disconnects. This is just after 9pm, they won't be closed for another couple of hours. 15 minutes later the charge hits my card and I can't get anyone on the phone and I am not turning around to go back. Made three calls today to the number on the receipt and it just rings until the automated system reply says good bye. Hello Visa.
BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager should be fired. The assistant manager should be fired. The owner should be charged with fraud and lose his franchise license. Corporate should drop in from helicopters and train the staff on...
Read moreThe owner needs to know this store won't last the year operating with the staff and management they currently have. Do a little undercover boss action and see just how bad the situation is. They wouldn't seat us on the rooftop because there wasn't wait staff for it (so they said). Meanwhile we watched as several other people came in asking for roof top seating and were refused for a variety of reasons including it being "full" when it certainly was not. It was interesting watching what I can assume we're preferred guests of servers being taken immediately to the roof without even a question of where they wanted to sit. I inspected the roof and found the seating roughly 1/4 full. The music was different from the main dining area, more gangsta rap than typical BW3 style.
The wait staff needs to be cut in half seeing as only half actually work. We ate dinner while five tables in view remained uncleaned. The rooftop had piles of dirty dishes in the open. It was drawing flies! One of the kids working would occasionally go take a handful of things from the table. That was if he wasn't leaning or draped over a booth talking to his fellow staff. Our server maryon was working his tail off while five staff members strod at the door quite literally lounging. To the owner, you need to fix this before you go under. The restaurant turnover in this area is high. Only well run places survive. Out of town guests in surrounding hotels read reviews ..this one. They won't go to a place that's not well rated. Speaking of, your 5star reviews are very obviously paid/fake reviews. Anyone can spot that a mile away. Your bad reviews back up everything I am saying. To the potential patron: if this review is still up, I suggest going anywhere but here. Within the 1/2 mile footprint of this location are over 80 restaurants. Some local ones that are amazing. Don't settle for bad ownership/service. Here are some options. Joey D's oak room, Superica, There bar, Joe's, j.alexanders, cheesecake factory, anywhere but here. ....the gas station service...
