Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eagle Pass

I went to Dominos in Eagle Pass on november 9th at 3:13pm and made an order for carryout. The kid that charged me, charged a certain amount, I paid in cash. He handed me the change and didnt give me a receipt. I had to ask for it and when I did he hesitated and asked in a questionable tone “Oh do you need it?” So when I got my receipt I noticed that he actually charged me less on the reciept. I went back to ask for an explanation and he said he had put some coupons that he “wasn’t suppose to” so that the difference would go to the Cancer foundation for the children. The problem here is he didn’t ask nor mention anything to us. We then asked him to tell us how much was going to be “donated” and he told me an amount that doesn’t add up. Im all for donating to any foundation, but not blindly, this kid didn’t tell us anything and was hesitatant to give me the receipt, I’m upset that he didn't tell...

The thing about National pizza 🍕 chains is that you know what you're going to get no matter the location as long as the employees follow the established steps.

This Domino's Pizza 🍕 is very efficient and fast. Using the app makes it even easier. Really, I think they have one of the best apps of the national chains.

The Brooklyn style is my preferred crust. Of course they have many other things on their menu, though typically we just get pizza and sometimes wings 🍗. They wings have good flavor, just know that they are not crispy and are on the smaller size. When we do get wings we order them naked with the sauce cups separate in order to crisp them up in the air fryer.

There is sufficient parking 🅿️ though getting in and out may be tricky, however that's due to the design of the street and that there is only one way in and out.

I don't know if I should feel frustrated about the poor service, or feel bad for the workers here, because they clearly don't know what they're doing. There are 7 pizzas just sitting out on a table getting cold while they continue to try to make more pizzas and repeatedly tell every customer that their food isn't ready. More food just keeps piling up, and is just sitting out and isn't getting boxed as they clearly can't handle what is (as a former employee of a different Domino's) not even a busy day.

Go in with low expectations and expect over an hour for your carry out, and you'll probably be fine, if not...
