Banano — Restaurant in Eagle

My girlfriend and I stopped in the other day and the owner was there. She essentially pointed and told me “I wish I could get this size bottle, with this one’s design, with this one’s color.” It wasn’t a big deal because we were going to buy another one that she had settled for, but the owner heard her say that to me and asked her if he could make her a custom bottle and mail it to us since we live several hours from Boise. We paid for it there and he mailed it out once he made it. Not only did he cover the shipping AND go out of his way to get her what she wanted, but when we opened the box we found out he actually sent her 2 of them. 5 stars isn’t enough for the customer service....

I’m sitting here baffled by all the bad comments about this place, a year ago I first went to the one in Billings, Montana and I was not looking forward to going there because I was used to Jamba juice & Emerald smoothie, but this place surpassed my expectations, every smoothie I’ve ever gotten here, although I do stick to the same one was fabulous and they got a great water bottle collection

So despite all the negative comments, which I cannot understand, I’m giving this a five star rating

These are NOT top quality nutritious smoothies. Flavors taste artificial. Their smoothies are mostly ice and milk. Some have almost zero flavor. We are used to 100% fruit and or vegetable with lots of nutrients....this place is NOT that. Fine if you want a light and refreshing flavored frozen ice and milk drink. But if you want more than that, this is not the right...
