I have given this place my business for a long time spending a ton of money here because they are expensive. Today, the customer service was awful. The manager pays no attention/and or doesn't care. This young kid that helped me needs major training. He took the truffles I chose from the case and as he attempts to place them in the box he drops a couple and makes a mess. He got a new box and new truffles. He had a hard time closing the box. I asked for a ribbon and he had a hard time with that as well and proceeds to answer the phone in the middle of helping me while there are other employees including the manager there. He was on the phone for a while as I waited for the ribbon. I got so fed up that I asked for a bag and had to place the truffles in the bag myself walking out with no ribbon. What a disaster and to be treated so poorly yet other customers were treated better. Management, get your act together and be more observant, train your employees better, and stop...

I was visiting the area with a friend that is a local and she told me about this chocolate shop. Wow!!! It exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the chocolate incredibly flavorful and delicious but the staff was delightfully kind. Very sweet lady at the counter and she took her time with me when picking things out no rushing. I even got an iced latte and it had to be hands down one of the best I've ever had so much so that I asked the type of coffee that they use. Gentleman that made my drink was delightful. Can't recommend this place enough. I have been to many chocolate shops in the past but never had one where the chocolates are just absolutely what they should be they taste like the flavor they are supposed to be....they're delicious wonderful flavors! When I'm back in the area again visiting my best friend I will be sure to give a visit! Even took some back to the east coast for my mom and she loved every single one! Keep up...

Do not skip the coffee because they do it right, and it pairs perfectly with whatever sweets you pick. Service is always friendly and personal, which adds to the charm.

Whether you love milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or truffles, the selection is deep and everything is top quality. My personal favorites are the barks, especially the mixed nut, cocoa, and cherry. I have yet to find a bad one. The best way to enjoy it is to grab a selection, order a coffee, and sink into one of their comfortable chairs for a little break.
