I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with this establishment, primarily due to poor customer service. Upon ordering two sandwiches via DoorDash, only one arrived. When I reached out to address the missing item, I was presented with limited options: either pick up the missing item in person or opt for a refund. Since the essence of my DoorDash order was convenience, I chose the latter despite it not fully resolving the issue of the missing meal.
However, what truly disappointed me was the manager's response when I suggested they should consider checking orders before handing them to the drivers. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, the manager was rude, defensive and immediately accused the DoorDash driver of theft, which seemed implausible given the securely sealed packaging when it arrived. Such unfounded accusations reflect poorly on the establishment's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
While I understand that errors can occur, deflecting blame without accountability is not conducive to running a successful business. Regrettably, this experience will compel me to find an alternate location to take my business. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for improvement...

The other employee was attempting to get his attention and eventually he acknowledged me. The entire time the employee who was on the phone kept looking at the other employee and was making snide comments regarding me and my order. In the meanwhile another gentleman had come in,to pick up a phone order and I guess maybe he placed his order at a different location and the staff was down right rude to him regarding the situation. Read moreThe EB Jersey Mikes is my hometown fave. Placed an order today 3/31/21 to partake in the Day of Giving. They were SUPER busy and backed up which angered some people but they need to get over themselves! Its a great thing that they were busy as it means that much $$ was going to charity. The team that was there was working extremely hard trying to keep up with demand as best they could. It upset me that people were standing around with nasty attitudes that it took a little longer for their food to be ready.
