Burger King — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

Horrible first experience here. Stopped to get an iced coffee (I’ve never had burger kings coffee before). The lady who took my order started off being rude for no reason - giving attitude about my simple question about the menu items. But what really got me was - I asked her ‘is the vanilla iced coffee going to be sweet?’ And she replied in the most annoyed/sarcastic tone, ‘uhhhhhh yeah???’ . As if I was supposed to already know how their coffee was made. So I said back in the same tone, ‘sorry..I’ve never been here beforeeeee?’ And then she switched her attitude to nice. She was a short middle aged lady with a raspy voice. I came around 7:50am Tuesday morning April 25th. This woman also was working at the window where she continued to be nice, but it was awkward and strange for her to treat me like that for no reason. It was such an unpleasant experience where I have no desire to ever go to...

On Sunday, January 24th around 11AM I went to this Burger King before getting on 896 and the man was beyond rude. I started out in customer service and am always very sensitive to the drive-thru worker; I say "yes sir" or "yes ma'am" and am polite. I do not have a sense of entitlement. This guy (who was presumably the manager) was not just rude and short, but I want to remind Burger King that during a pandemic, people can be selective with their money. I chose to spend mine at your establishment. When I ask for 2 impossible whoppers and then you sigh audibly when I say I don't want the meals; when I ask for no mayo then both are plastered with it; when I ask for BBQ sauce then don't get any; when I ask for ketchup at the window and you say "it's already IN there!", all you've done is remind me to NEVER return to this Burger King again. Horrible experience, I almost went in to confront this...

HORRIBLE service! On Thursday, Feb 27, 6PM, at the drive through ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and two small fries (Coupon $4.99). ONLY one car was in front of me AND two people were in the restaurant at time of order. I was told by the apparent manager (running the window) that the a new batch of fries would take a few minutes... please pull around to the double doors. No problem. Sat and sat and sat... finally walked into the restaurant ONLY to have the supposed manager look at me funny believing I had just been told to pull around to the double doors. THAT person was just told to do that while I was waiting AT THE ORDERING LINE inside the building. I needed to tell the guy what my order was... somebody in the back... admitted they goofed.
