Ok, I had a big issue. I have tried to contact the location by phone and no one ever answers the phone. I pulled up to the drive thru the young lady was warning. I made a joke about that, because I guess I understand. My issue was I purchased a large soup and an Orange Juice paid with my debit card. I didn't feeling well. In tje drive thru there were about 3-4 cars in front of me. Well the girls tha were standing at the window, took the food bags from the cashier at the window and began to walk back. The car that was previously at the window had pulled off, so I could not for the life of me figure out why the first car was not allowed to pull up to the window. The food bag that one of the girls had which was walking toward my Honda, came with an Orange Juice, which she had in her hand. So I got excited because I was sure this was my order and I was finally getting out that line. The girl gave that order with Orange juice to the people in in the 3nd car, that had not been allowed to pull up to the window. So that person must have checked the bag and noticed that this was the wrong order. I saw the bag, it had been wrinkled up. So they resolved that person's order, but sat the bag by the window for me to get when I finally pulled up. They handed me out the window a wrinkled up bag. I hit the roof. I said I do no want that food someone else has opened. No I do Not. Well The young girls had the guilty look, so, I ask for the manager, and they told Taken? which was at the window, said that he was the manager and what did I need. I explained to him that I saw your staff give my soup to the another people, now giving it to me. He should have never given that to me but they thought it was Ok, because his response was, I rebagged that soup. Reached the soup, I replied. I said that is the same wrinkled bag you have the previous customer He said, no it's not. I said just refund my payment...He was so unprofessional he instantly, handed me cash when I paid with my card, just to get me out of the window. I'm not use to that kind of treatment at Chickfla. I should have never been treated that way. I have made several attempts to speak to someone...
Read moreThis is by far the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to... And eat Chick-fil-A regularly. Every time I have to argue with them about sauce. The Max sauce is three. If you go on the app it will tell you literally what the Max sauce per meal is. But every time I come here they only give me two. And then I have to go back and forth about getting three. They keep telling me the max is two when I literally have visited numerous Chick-fil-A's getting the exact same meal for years and literally no one has ever had a problem giving me three sauces including corporate Chick-fil-A. They have the dustiest people working here and they definitely don't value customer service. Most recently I had a girl taking my order and I told her three sauces and I saw her click the button twice. So I asked, did you get three sauces? And she looked at me and said uh-huh what else would you like? I said I saw you only do two sauces.. I'm asking for three. She then said the Max is two. I said No it's not. The max is three .You can literally click three sauces in the app But you can't click for because the max is 3 🤦🏾♀️ she then said I can put three but they're probably not going to give it to you. I said okay thanks Just that I'm ordering three sauces. And short enough there were only two in the bag once again. I didn't even have the energy to confront them this time. I just drove off. Even if you didn't want to give me three free sauces at least tell me what the price is for a sauce because whether I have to pay or not, I'm asking for three sauces!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ Y'all are trying to take from customers to make your profit margin seem like more than what it actually is. If you focused on improving your customer service you would get more profits instead of trying to be standing with sauces. They need a new...
Read moreWorst experience I have every received at Chick-fil-A!!!! I’m very disappointed not only did we get bad service from the drive thru lane. We pulled up and one of the employees walks right pass over car and took the person behind us order. Once someone walked over to our car that employee had a very disgusting attitude. We get to the window and was told to put in a parking lot spot but, on top of that they were wrapped around the building with other employees inside walking around looking at their phones. We had wait a good 15 minutes on our food. Once we got our order we realized that two of our fries were missing. We told one of the employees that was running the drive thur lane that they forgot our two fries she SLOWLY WALKS BACK TO GET ONE FRY and brings to us SLOWLY. We then tell the same employee we were missing another fry she gave us a disgusting look and again she SLOWLY walked back to the drive thru window and starts hanging out others customers orders with the manager right there beside her. We finally get our FULL order and then getting out the parking lot is ABSOLUTELY HARD TO GET OUT OF WHEN THE BUILDING IS WRAPPED AROUND AND NO ONE OUT Directing traffic so my husband had rudely backed up and went around the three cars that would not move so we could get out of the parking lot. Sadly this Chick-fil-A has inquired McDonald’s employees which is really sad. They seem like communication and team work was not one priority in this...
