When you walk in they are EXTREMELY LOUD!!! I know you want people to feel welcome but it’s very unappealing. I told the cashier I wanted a combo. Instead of her saying they don’t have combos she charges me $3 for the drink. When I said I wanted it a combo she gets an attitude and points to the menu and says “we don’t have it” But before all of that she was grunting like she was frustrated with the orders that had to be bagged for online orders. She did that a few times while I was in line. The short guy fixing the add ons he’s dancing and hitting the prep station with his gloves then begin fixing food without changing gloves THEN he begin whistling over peoples food while fixing it. I will not be coming back to this location at all.

The Spanish employees here are very vindictive and hateful towards Black people. I asked for a veggie burrito and said "but no tofu". She was confused and I told her that I was previously rung up for a more expensive tofu burrito when I only had veggies. She snickered at me. Wrote on the aluminum foil like they normally do and intentionally pressed my burrito on the marker side while looking angry at me. I saw the whole thing and let her evil play. I couldn't believe it. I will always love Moe’s. As a kid I would come here every single Monday with my grandfather and I would always get two burritos and it would be enough for two days lol. I haven’t been in a long time because sadly my grandfather past and it just isn’t the same but I will always recommend any Moes. A wonderful environment for family. UPDATE: They switched out the entire staff and they’re all really friendly! But they were being so stingy with the serving sizes this time I was so disappointed!

This location used to be my favorite, they had the coca-cola freestyle machine, it appeared as corporate or upper management visited this location quite often so it was always pleasant, fast and clean. This has changed over the months, to the point, I have to write a review. To start off with, they removed the freestyle machine, and although corporate still comes to this location, I don’t think it means anything. Let me start by saying, I love Moe’s. I get the same thing each and every time and eat Moe’s multiple times a week. This location is just close to me on Mondays. However, they charge for things that other locations don’t. Like I just mention, I eat multiple times a week, so I viait Moe’s throughout the city. Getting basically a bowl of rice and 3 veggies and 2 sauces on the side with a cup of queso no chips each and every time! They charge for filling your cup of queso up. Why? They charge for putting a size of cheese in a side of queso cup. Why? They charge for lettuce going in the size of the cup of queso. Again, why? I like my food the way I like it and I don’t mind paying extra when needed. But the problem for me is other locations don’t do charge extra AT ALL. The only reason why I ask for the size of my items on the side is because after visiting other location, this is the way they did it. So I figured well let me ask for this way when I go to my Monday location Moe’s. Just today I was charged for a bowl of rice not an actual bowl price because literally I’m getting rice, a few veggies on the side and a cup of queso, no chips. I come here and I’m charged sometimes $13+ and other locations they don’t! So for me idk, if this location doesn’t follow the same ethics or procedures that others. But for someone that visits here every week, it’s a complete turn off. Because I spend plenty of money at this location alone and hate the penny pinching this location always results to. Not to mention, the rice is always hard or crunchy not fluffy or soft like other locations. If they want to charge extra for everything, then atleast let the...

Moe's can be put in the same category as Willy's, Chipotle, and Qdoba, but it is abysmal and not even worth the comparison to the aforementioned! I don't get it. What are people tasting that makes Moe's worthy of a recommendation? They also give you less food for around the same price point and are even a bit more expensive than Chipotle! I've given Moe's more than one shot because I figured if they were supposed to be competing with the likes of Chipotle, then they could at least be on the tasty side, right? Boy was I wrong on all counts! Their food is just so, so - lackluster. Even the salsa is crying out for a much needed pick me up! I have never once in my life had bad salsa until I visited Moe's. It tastes like - nothing. No, it seriously tastes like nothing! Their chicken tastes like nothing, their tofu tastes like nothing, their beef tastes like nothing, their chips taste like nothing, their rice tastes like nothing. The only thing they serve that tastes like something is their queso! So that's it - go to Moe's for their queso. If you want a comparison that has food that tastes like SOMEthing then Chipotle, Qdoba and...

I went to Moe's as I do at least once a week. I live in the area, and it's generally a fast and budget friendly meal. On this particular day which is 06/11/2025 at around 6p.m. and I was dining in as I usually do, and I decided I didn't want a beverage, and ask for a cup of water, and the young lady at the register at the time declined to give me a cup, and stated they no longer give out cups of water. I was baffled, but proceeded without conflict. But what disturbed me was that as I was dining I observed another lady come in, and ask for a cup, and was given one for water. I feel completely stereotyped and discriminated against. I will be filing a formal corporate complaint as well. I've been coming here for years. I've never consumed anything I didn't pay for, and I've never asked for water and deceived the business and got a beverage instead. So I'm completely insulted to have experienced this treatment. The name on the receipt says Terry, but I don't believe that's the name of the young lady on the register at that time, I believe she was working under someone else's...
