Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in East Point

I am no one, but a paying customer. True confessions... I will always have love in my heart for Popeyes as a company. I am a lifer with this Customer service/satisfaction experience😉 Them being my very 1st employer😉 I learned a lot about how I like things done, what I'll accept, & personal accountability at this company. What's sad is that people who make poor choices get 2 choose for your when you go out to eat. So, I ordered 2, 5 piece tender meals. Nevermind anything else that comes with this meal because the main thing is the chicken, of course😉 My Popeyes roots came out when I saw my order. I was pissed😥 they served me "chicken pieces" not chicken tenders. Need clarification🤔 as an employee chicken pieces u can pop in your mouth when you take a lunch... not serve them 2 your customers who expect to get full sized tenders in the meal. Instead of a total of 10 full tenders, I received 3 full size tenders with the rest being chicken pieces. What is so wrong with asking your customer would they like to edit their order, wait on some fresh tenders 2 be prepared... offer a drink for the wait... not give chicken pieces. I will not return to this establishment. It is a fairly new location and already the Mic & speaker at the drive through is malfunctioning & you cannot hear the cashier clearly. The parking lot is unclean, & the customer service was poor. Being in the customer service field myself I realize certain things are out of your control but let's positively work on the characteristics that can be changed😎 enjoy your day😉...

We had some international students with us and the wanted to try something new to them. Popeye's it was. Although I got my food within 10 minutes, my sandwich was wrong, they remade it in a few minutes. However, one of the boys had ordered ghost wings as well as a chicken sandwich. The excuse given for delay was that the ghost wings would take longer. After further delay we asked if we could have the chicken sandwiches they said no the whole order would be out soon. It was 45 minutes before these boys got their food. The drive-thru was super busy, the kitchen was extremely disorganized. Although I can't say that anyone was being lazy, It was kind of the worst of the worst when it comes to not caring about getting their job done. A reasonable person already has pretty low expectations for fast food restaurants but this one was definitely one of the worst. DoorDash and Uber eats drivers were co- complaining about getting their orders as well. I would highly recommend that anybody trying to earn money by delivering food from this restaurant would decline the job, It will take forever to get the order and then if you deliver it and it is wrong (high probability) The customer will be upset with the delivery driver. This is a prime location that I would guess masks there failures to upper management by the amount of volume that they do. Popeyes Management, this place could be so much better....

I had been craving Popeyes all day! I finally got there from a long day at work at 12:58AM they close at 2AM. I ordered my food but you can barely understand or hear anything in the there drive through speaker. So after repeating my order 3 times I guess she finally got it. Then I waited 51 mins in line for a 5 pc chicken tenders and 2 surf and turf boxes. When I got up to the window the lady said do I have a 3 pc chicken wings. I said no and kindly repeated my order again. So then when she got the order for the 4th time she took my card to charge me. Then another lady came to the window 5 MINUTES later and said I have to get out of line because there system is frozen and handed me back my card. And she can’t do anything about it. So I asked her can she charge me and ring me up on another computer she said NO. Then I asked do they have a reset button on the screen or something she said NO. I even asked can she unplug the computer to restart it and she said NO. I was so angry. I asked her was my FOOD READY and she said NO! I said 51 MINUTES I’ve been waiting in this line and the food was not even cooked!!!!! What in the world is going on?! So NO I didn’t get anything at all for my wait and inconvenience. I was told to get out of line. I was so upset!!!! I would never go back to that Popeyes again!!!!!!! If I could give no...
