I'll start with the positives. Food, as wonderful as TB can get. It was great. Semi speedy drive through even for a bit after midnight. I was like 8 cars behind and it was honestly only like 20 mins, which I believe is a good amount of time. And the lady who handed me my food, did so with a smile, wonderful. Now the bad. Whoever was on the mic the midnight of the 18th going into the 19th, you need to be handed a different position. I asked for one of the flavor teas, you said "I only have regular tea." And I said dang, so you don't have any of the teas...." I think you took this as a question. But said again, ruder, "I don't have anything but tea! Do you want TEA?!" I said "no I would not. And proceeded to look and you practically shouted out "what about strawberry lemonade?!". I said "sure that sounds great.". You repeated the order and said "okay. That's it?". It took all my power to not rip the speaker out for the level of disrespect as a customer. I shouted back at you "NO MA'AM! THAT WONT BE IT!" I can't even begin to understand what late fast food is like. I'm always on the side of the employees with situations like these especially if the customer is rude. Read moreWhat a magical TB this is. The soulful music commented each crunchy cinnamon bite of deliciousness that I took. I have NEVER seen a burrito from TB actually steam from being hot and fresh... until today!!! Not just my burrito... but the chalupa and my soft taco did as well. Whoever made my meal has the pride in their work like a strong Eagle soaring through the sky over his proud American land with a US flag as a Cape on his back. This anonymous cook deserves the highest of promotions. The meat to bean, to toppings ratio shows me that they're above the average intelligence class and is more clever than a Velociraptor that figured out how to open a door knob. This store burst with more potential than a young Floyd Mayweather, and its employees shine brighter than the biggest stars. So we salute you mr/s taking orders, cooking, and serving delicious taco bell squad. Ya'll will go...
Read moreI ordered my food online because I was at work so you probably know what it's like to have to drive through traffic, rushing to get your lunch. Ordering online was suppose to make my job a little easier. I arrived at this location, got out of my car an hurried inside to grab my food. No one was in line so I proceeded to the counter. I told the cashier that I had an online order and he said okay. I assume it was the manager that he told (which was also in the back making food) but there was no bag and there was no hurry involved to make my order even tho my order had been placed over 20mins prior to my arrival. I waited another 10mins for the food that was suppose to be ready when I got there. Finally got it and left. Long story short, there's no need to order online for this location because they wont make it until you're physically...
