When this location first came to the area they were pleasant, the food was fresh & good. Now the CS so rude and disrespectful. My very last was horrible. The manager on the evening shift called the police on me cause I wanted my money back. Keep in mind I had 2 orders she refunded me for one(which was on a debit card) than called the police on me to refund the other one. I didn't understand why the police was called me, when the mananger & another employee was just hollering and being ratchet in the Drive Thru to another customer before me. I'LL NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS WENDY'S AGAIN POINTTTTTT. The service is HORRIBLE. I experience the sandwich maker coming off the line with his gloves on to walk in the lobby, wipe his hands on his shirt with the same gloves, touch a manager with the same gloves & had a straw paper in his hand so that indicated he open a straw & was drinking while preparing food. The young lady cashier(the same one who was in a verbal accusation with the customer before me) slammed the window. I got the manager attention & asked who's fixing my food she said my sandwich maker. I repiled not the guy that just touch you with those gloves? She didn't answer she gave me a look like yes. I than asked for my money back. When the manager left to refund my money the rude cashier went got a pickle off the line to eat in my face while standing in the drive thru window indicated that she stuck her hands in the pickles with no gloves to me. The sandwich maker was fanning the mayo utensil around the sandwich line & fry area so I could see it. Than him & the rude cashier made it they point to stand in my view to laugh & have conversation while the manager was away getting my refund for my second order. So when the mananger return I ask for a refund for my first order cause at this point I felt like something had been done to my first order. The manager volunteered to remake all my food I declined the offer & wanted my money back. The manager ask me to pull forward & she'll bring it out(my money). The line was so long just pulling forward wouldn't have gave the other cars enough space to get out so I pulled in a parking space. I & my daughters stood by the end of the window of the restaurant so I could smoke while waiting & so she wouldn't have to walk far & could just reach me my money thru the door. The transaction was only $24.00 cash it was taking so long I got back in my car to drive around to ask for my money again(out of my car I said where's my refunded, an employee standing in the window started to reply but the rude cahier loudly say to him "WHAT THEY TELL YOU GET OUT THE WINDOW") & the manager ignored me while on the phone contacting the police. I than called the police for my own safety cause I wasn't sure what was being said(I was told a call had already been placed & the police was on the way). I flagged another police down for assistance and safety & stayed there until the police arrived. I was lied on Thank God I made contact with the other officer to clear my name cause I could've lost my freedom all over a LIE & BECAUSE I wanted my money back. I'LL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.I been eating at Wendy's since they sold breakfast back in 1997. Read moreI pulled up at the drive thru at 8:40pm 1/21/21 with cars wrapped around the building so the wait was about 30 mins before reaching the intercom to place an order. Once I get there, no one says anything so I say hello! There was no response, just silence as if they are closed but people are still inside because cars in front of me are slowing pulling around to receive their food. So after sitting an additional 10 mins waiting for someone to come to drive thru, I pulled around to the window to place my order thinking something must be wrong with the intercom and that must be what everyone ahead of me is doing... To get to the window and explain why I am placing an order at the window, the cashier closed the window on me and walked off saying oh I'm going to mess up her line. While she's walking away I'm looking at her and 2 other staff members laughing and saying DRIVE BACK AROUND! So I assume they were referring to me because I hadn't placed my order yet with no one responding. Once the cashier finally comes back she tells me I need to drive back around and she's sorry for my wait but that's what her manager said I'll have to do. Can you tell me why I would wait by now another 30 mins to purchase food and wasn't acknowledged the first time? So I let them know I'll call about this because that was not cool. So then I call to speak to the MOD and asked for a name. No one wanted to give that and put a female on the phone who didn't disclose her name but states she's the MOD. If so, managers should take responsibility for their actions and also identify themselves when customers are calling to complain about poor service. There was no sense of urgency to take orders for the food (which could have been done while you all were laughing stating out loud drive back around). Instead you chose to decline that as an option when it was your fault in the first place. If you don't want to work find something else. No customers should ever have to experience this type of service and pay you for it. That's rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't want you to fix my food with the nasty attitude shown over the phone as an MOD because it starts from the top. Multiple unacceptable things happened while just trying to buy a basic $3.00 bacon egg croissant sandwich with potato wedges combo meal. While in the drive thru after placing my order, the employee yelled "DRIVE". Most competent, professional food establishment drive thru employees say "Pull forward please". Next, I wasn't given a receipt even though I asked for it. I was told it would be in my bag at the pickup window. It wasn't. I believe this is done intentionally so the customer can't complete the survey nor call the Owner to complain. No receipt, no phone number, no record of your transaction and you don't even know if they charged you correctly. If they didn't you don't even have a receipt to dispute it. Got my food, pulled into a parking spot, opened bag and it wasn't what I ordered. Debated walking into the restaurant to get correct order, already knew they were going to be rude and disrespectful and I wasn't wrong. As soon as I walked in, a super inappropriate girl behind the counter yelled to her coworkers "WHO UNLOCKED THE DOOR!" It just went downhill from there.
