Baebay…..Chilis’s did not come to play today. OMG the food was on point. That smash burger was to die for. Cooked to perfection (not well done). It was so juicy and flavorful. We got there just before what seemed like the peak of lunchtime as it started to get a little crowded once we got seated. Even still my toddler’s pizza /food came out perfectly cooked in what seemed like instantly after I ordered it. I hate that I don’t remember our waitress’s name but she was very nice and extremely courteous. She was walking past us, overheard us talking about something and she took care of it right away without being asked. Both my adult beverage and my strawberry lemonade were made perfectly. Even the salted rim was good… sssshhhh. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. We originally planned to go to another independent restaurant 50 mins away but then I remembered the 3 for me comercial that keeps popping up on my YT and wanted to check it out. My navigator’s GPS was set for another Chili’s nearby but I had a few bad experiences there so I said no sir, not today. We drove right past it since I knew this one was just a few more minutes down the road and I was so glad I did. I am writing this review around 5pm and I am still satisfied from lunch. I have been here in the past and have never had a bad experience even when they are short staffed but something about today was so great. Did someone in the kitchen get a promotion or a raise because I feel like I could taste the love and joy they cooked into the food?! We were in and out but now in a bad way. The kitchen was pushing those dishes out without sacrificing quality.

Do Not visit this Chilis restaurant. The food and service are HORRIBLE! Upon arriving we were told that there was a 25 minute wait, it ended up being a 35-40 min wait. Once setted, the waiter took our order of appetizers immediately, but did not come back for our main course order for almost 30 minutes. He took orders of customers that were setted after us, before ours. When he finally did take our order, he messed up 3 of the 4 orders at our table. I ordered the 6oz steak meal (medium well) with a side salad and a side of street corn. They brought me a burnt piece of meat, an ear of corn, and salad. No side on my plate. Not what I ordered. My husband ordered the double old timer burger, they left out an entire burger patty, but charged us for the double. My daughter ordered the regular old timer burger with a side of Mac and cheese, they left out her Mac and cheese. When we told the waiter about the error in our order, he took my husband's plate and brought him back the correct burger but with cold fries. He never took my plate, just let sit on the table getting cold while he went back to get the sides that are supposed to come with the meal. By the time he brought the missing items out, everything else was cold. This was my babies Birthday Dinner (I wanted to order her dessert and have them sing happy birthday to her) but it was ruined. I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs, and some chicken tenders that came with a side of Mexican street corn and french fries. The corn was burnt. Almost to the point where I couldn’t eat half of it. The ribs were severely overcooked and beyond dry even though I got them with barbecue sauce, the chicken was also extremely overcooked and rubbery and not edible the best part of my dinner was the unlimited chips and salsa. The only thing that was worth eating. My server was absolutely horrible. I don’t even remember her name she spent more time hiding in the kitchen and laughing that she did at our table we spent 20 minutes waiting for a refill on our soda that our food got cold and had to eat cold food because we didn’t have a drink to go with our food to have this be my Valentine’s Day dinner at Chili’s needs to do better. You need to have better quality control in your kitchen and work with your servers on their etiquette with their customers because every other server that I saw around the restaurant was attentive and taking care of their tables my server was nowhere to be found, and I had to keep asking people to go find her I don’t recommend and I wish I hadn’t spent $60 there because it was a complete waste of money I do not recommend and I will not be going back as a first time customer of Chili’s.
