Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

I never write a review to anything, but I have to for this location. This location is one of the worst Dunkin there is. Only place I drink coffee is Dunkin and have been going to Dunkin for years and use coupons and gift cards all the time. I purchased 4 things and I had a few gift cards with low balances on them that I wanted to use. The cashier said I can only use one gift card per transaction. No where in there terms and condition it says you can use only one. The staff was very very very very rude and didn't want to listen at all. I told her if that's the case then ring up every transaction separate and ill use them like that and she said no I cant do that. This made me so mad because she's telling me 1 gift card per transaction and then she wont do it. she refused to service me and closed the drive thru window on me. there was no manager in store, staff is very unprofessional. This location will be getting a big complaint to corporate from me and my family. I hope the girl gets fired or get some training on how to treat customers. I left the place and went to another location of Dunkin and asked them if I could use the gift cards all in one transaction and he said no where it says you cant. I was highly disappointed and furious with the service I was given and definitely will not go back to this location. Disgusting staff who doesn't know what...

I usually have a somewhat pleasuring experience with these people, but the past couple times i visited it was different. i ordered my usual, a bacon egg and cheese toasted and a large toasted coconut iced latte with whip cream and caramel. i said my order to him loud and clearly and he repeats my order back to me and he says its an toasted caramel latte with milk. i repeated my order once again and he read it back wrong again.. (ps: i work at retail fast food place so i know how customers can act and i also know loud to speak for the people to hear me). he finally read back My order somewhat correctly except he told he can’t put whip cream on it. like what is dunkin coffee with out the whip cream!!!!!!!! dont know what to say. on top of that i looked at the bagel label when the nice young lady at the window handed it to me and it said it was toasted. i get home and open it and its cold as can be and NOT toasted. I expect better service especially with the 4 star review. this is now the 3rd time is has happened within 2...

I have to say i am beside my self i have been going to this dd for many years when i work in this area i always i go threw the drive thru i buy my coffee and always tell them to put the change in the tip cup now i understand may be only 35 cents but 35 times 3 times a week is a 105 105 times 52 is 54 .oo i always ask if they could thorw away my empty cup there has to be a garbage can somewere close by and they always did it for me until today i drove up order my coffee i asked the the young man if he could throw my cup away and he told me no because they are not allowed i said really because i was there on friday and they throw my cup away i went back a half hour later and i saw the shift leader who has always been nice to me and all she could do was shake her head now what if i was in the place and left my cup on the table they would have to throw it out bad manger now keep in mind that i was the only car there i could have understood if there was a line of cars but it was only me this is bad...
